17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.18 And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.19 And HE saith unto them, Follow ME, and I will make you fishers of men.20 And they straightway left their nets, and followed HIM.
(As soon as Jesus called them, they followed HIM immediately.)
 
When HE calls us from heaven today, immediately, we are born again, given a new heart and a new Spirit, and we then follow HIM, caring about things of God.

21 And going on from thence, HE saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and HE called them.22 And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed HIM.

Jesus was crucified and resurrected from the dead and taken by God into heaven where from heaven Jesus called his disciples and established the New Testament Church and HIS ministers for the New Testament Church.
 
Acts 9
 
1 And Saul (Paul), yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest,2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.3 And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou ME?5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? 
And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.6 And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? 
 
And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.
 
(Immediately Paul did what Jesus told him to do.)7 And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.8 And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.9 And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink.

From heaven, after the crucifixion and resurrection, Jesus calls HIS ministers to work in the New Testament Church.
 
Ephesians 4
 
11 And HE (Jesus) gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

And from heaven Jesus called those who were to be members of the body of Christ and from heaven Jesus spoke to individuals calling them to Himself and immediately they followed Jesus, doing HIS Word.
 
God gave those called by Jesus a new heart and a new spirit and Jesus joined them to the New Testament Church.

Both Jews and Gentiles were called by God to the Body of Christ.
 
Acts 13:48  And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.

And all who belonged to God were given the Holy Spirit of God to live in them and teach them and guide them on this present earth.
 
I Corinthians 3:16   Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
 
John 14:26  Jesus says: But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in MY name, HE shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
 
John 16:13 Howbeit when HE, the Spirit of truth, is come, HE will guide you into all truth: for HE shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever HE shall hear (from God), that shall HE speak: and HE will shew you things to come.

I Corinthians 12
 
26 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.28 And God hath set some in the church (to care for the church), first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
 
All who belong to God are called by Jesus from heaven.  But some are set in the church as ministers:  apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers.

When we are tempted:
 
James 4:7  Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
 
I Corinthians 10:13  There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Matthew 3:13-17

I was baptized in water when I was 15, going forward at church by invitation of the pastor.
 
But I was not born again by the Spirit of God.  There was no real change in my life for I was not born again.
 
After I was born again, the Spirit of God said, "Be baptized."
 
As the minister lowered me into the water this time, I heard, "This is like being buried with Christ."
 
As I came out of the water, I heard, "This is like being raised with Christ."
 
Later I read the following scripture.
 
Romans 6
 
1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into HIS death?4 Therefore we are buried with HIM by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of HIS death, we shall be also in the likeness of HIS resurrection:6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with HIM, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with HIM:9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over HIM.10 For in that HE died, HE died unto sin once: but in that HE liveth, HE liveth unto God.11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? When we are born again, God changes us, giving us a new heart and a new spirit, putting in us HIS own Spirit, the Holy Spirit, whereby we follow God by HIS Spirit doing the will of God as we serve God.
 
We are totally different than we were before we were born again.
 
Now we have the Holy Spirit of God living in us to lead us and to guide us according to God's will.
 
We learn to walk according to the Spirit of God, following the will of God in the matter at hand.
 
II Corinthians 5:17  Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Called by Jesus and ordained into two ministry offices

Transported into heaven twice:
 
A few days after I was born again in 1975, I was transported into heaven in the night.  I knew I was with God and with Christ and with the Holy Spirit although I saw no physical type images.  It was a spiritual experience.
 
At that time I was "merged into the body of Jesus", made one with the Word of God, God and the Holy Spirit witnessing.
 
A few nights after this, the exact same thing happened again.
 
I thought this happened to all Christians.  
 
Then I learned that was not so.
 
Later I came to believe at this time I was ordained by God into the two ministry offices to which I am called by Jesus, the offices of apostle and prophet.
 
For the next 5 years, I read through the Bible, Old and New Testaments several times, God teaching me scriptures.  
 
On the night of January 10, 1980, while I was asleep in the night, a very loud trumpet like voice spoke 3 words into my ear awakening me .  "Hartford, Seattle, KWJS"
 
That morning, I found KWJS to be a radio station. I said to God, "Are YOU telling me to go on radio?  I wouldn't know how to do that."
 
The Holy Spirit said:  "Call the radio station manager."
 
I did this that same morning.  
 
I said to the KWJS radio station manager:  "God might be showing me to go on radio.  How would you do that?"
 
The station manager said:  "Make an audition tape 29 1/2 minutes long and send it to me and if you fit our broadcasting we will offer you a contract."
 
I recorded the tape as soon as I got off the phone.  And I sent the tape that same morning to KWJS.
 
Within 5 days I was on radio exhorting the church on KWJS.
 
Within the next year I was on radio from "Hartford area to Seattle with several cities between,"  just as that angel of God spoke to me on January 10, 1980.  "Hartford, Seattle, KWJS"

I was baptized in water when I was 15. There was no real change in my life. I just continued to pursue my own ambitions.
 
When I was 37, Jesus baptized me with the fire of HIS Word.  Then I was completely different.
 
God gave me a new heart and a new Spirit.  I was born again into the image of God.
 
Then I wanted to read the Bible and I wanted to be with the people of God.

9 Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of HIM.10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men;

Humans love to be wise in their own eyes.  They love to give "their opinions".
 
The apostle Paul warns us:
 
I Cor. 15:33-34  Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.  Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God:
 
When we share what God has said to us, we glorify God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
 
Ephesians 4:29-30   Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
 
edifying:  building another person in the faith in God30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

I Cor. 2:4-5  Paul said:   And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:  That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
 
When we share our own opinions, often we are trying to bring glory to ourselves and to have other humans praise us.
 
 
Psalm 111:10  The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do HIS commandments: HIS praise endureth for ever.

New Testament Church: Examples of God warning and instructing HIS children through dreams, visions, and angels

In 1975, as a new Christian, I wanted to know if God leads the NT church people today by giving them dreams, visions, or by having angel speak to individuals in the church.
 
So I went to the NT Bible and looked up each passage in the NT Bible showing dreams, visions, and angels,  proving the issue by that which the Bible says about dreams, visions, and angels speaking to Christians of the NT church. If I could see examples of God using these things to communicate with HIS people in the NT Bible, I could establish in my heart that God would use these with the NT church today.

Here are a few examples from the NT Bible:
 
The apostle Paul was on a ship that was in danger of sinking.
 
Acts 27
 
22 And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man's life among you, but of the ship.23 For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve,24 Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar: and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee.25 Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it shall be even as it was told me.
I could see by this that God does use angels to speak to the NT church today to show us things to come or to give us instructions.

9 And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us.10 And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them.

But the high priest came, and they that were with him, and called the council together, and all the senate of the children of Israel, and sent to the prison to have them brought.22 But when the officers came, and found them not in the prison, they returned, and told,23 Saying, The prison truly found we shut with all safety, and the keepers standing without before the doors: but when we had opened, we found no man within.24 Now when the high priest and the captain of the temple and the chief priests heard these things, they doubted of them whereunto this would grow.25 Then came one and told them, saying, Behold, the men whom ye put in prison are standing in the temple, and teaching the people.

In Matthew 2, there are several examples of God speaking to Joseph through dreams.
 
By these and other examples in the NT Bible, I established truth concerning God's use of dreams, visions, and angels in the NT church today.
 
Later when God gave me a dream or vision or had an angel speak to me to give me information concerning what I was to do ... or to warn me, I had the basis from the NT Bible to believe that such was from God to me.

Good fruit? Or evil fruit?

A work can seem religious but be an ungodly work.
 
Matthew 7  Jesus says:
 
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

How do we recognize "good" fruit?
 
If God told us to do something and we do it or say it, that is "good" fruit.
 
The works we do on this earth must be authored by God.

Romans 12

Renew your mind to that which God says to us in the New Testament Bible.

So many people hear the scriptures read at church or they read the New Testament Bible but they fail to apply the instruction of those scriptures to their lives.
 
When we do a scripture in our lives, we make that scripture a part of us.

6 In all thy ways acknowledge HIM, and HE shall direct THY paths
 
Pray over all that we do and God will direct our ways.
 
Live in peace second by second by trusting in God and through prayer.

Philippians 4:6  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Each time we remember to pray over our concerns, we put our trust in God.
 
And when we pray over everything as we are told to do in Philippians 4:6, the following promise from God follows those prayers when we trust God.
 
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Crucified with Christ: What that means

Galatians 2:20  The apostle Paul says:  I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
 
We were born of the flesh of man and as a result we automatically do the works of the flesh.  It is "natural" to us to do these things.  These are a part of the flesh.
 
Galatians 5:19-21  Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
 
We see Paul tells us they which live in the flesh doing the works of the flesh "shall not inherit the kingdom of God."
 
So we who belong to God keep our flesh crucified with Christ, not permitting our flesh to rise up and do what it wants to do.  
 
We have another power working in us now so the flesh no longer has control over us.  We are born again.  We are now dead with Christ, buried with Him by baptism and raised by the power of God so we can walk on this earth another way now.

When Jesus returns, all the religious idols which have been set in the apostate churches today will be destroyed by Jesus.
 
Everything we see with our natural eyes is man made.
 
Jesus says:

23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship HIM.24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship HIM must worship HIM in spirit and in truth.
 
If we worship something that makes us feel religious and we can see and touch that thing, then we are worshipping an idol made by human hands.

Matthew 12

Doctrines of antichrist are in the hearts of many church goers today with portions of doctrines of man instead of doctrines of Christ by the New Testament Bible.
 
Before Jesus returns each of us must read the scriptures in the New Testament Bible and uproot all doctrines of antichrist from our hearts and replace them with real doctrines of Christ presented in the Bible.
 
There are many doctrines of antichrist taught in churches today.
 
At the judgment seat of Christ we want to be sure we have conformed our thinking to the doctrines of the New Testament Bible.
 
For the apostle Paul says:  For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men;  (2 Cor. 5:10-11)

Some people love to tell which church they attend.  They think by doing this they witness to Jesus.  But actually when they do this, they divide the body of Christ.

Ezekiel 36

Ezekiel the prophet spoke in the Old Testament concerning the New Testament Church that we live in today!
 
From this world and all its people, God chose each individual and revealed HIMSELF to us.  And God pulled us out of this world and caused us to have a new heart and a new spirit, HIS own heart and HIS own Spirit, changing us into to new creatures!
 
II Corinthians 5:17  Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
 
Each of us who are born again experienced a miracle from God.

Hebrews 3

Jesus warns us that in the end times iniquity will abound and the love of many will grow cold toward things of God.  (Mt. 24:12)
 
When you feel your desire lessen toward reading the Bible or spiritual exhortations, that is the time to turn to God in prayer asking God to help you!
 
Also it is important for us to continue to exhort one another in godly things.
 
Hebrews 10
 
22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for HE is faithful that promised;)24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

When we feel that desire to read the Bible slip away from us, we need to pray for God to help us!
 
In the end time, the love of many for things of God will grow cold.  Therefore we fight to hold onto our faith and also to keep those fires burning in our hearts concerning God.
 
Matthew 24:13  Jesus says:  But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
 
Pray, asking God for help when you feel you are growing cold to the Word of God.

Titus 3:9-11  But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.  A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;  Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.
 
The apostle Paul tells each of us:
 
Phil. 2:12... work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
 
This is a very dangerous time in this world and also in the churches which have denied certain scriptures and teach another doctrine other than scriptures, apostasy in the churches of the end times as Paul told us would happen in II Thessalonians 2.
 
2 Thess. 2:3-4  
 
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day (of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
 
In 1982, God said to me, concerning the above scripture:  "The falling away, are not the people leaving the churches ... The falling away are the churches leaving the scriptures."
 
This is what we are seeing today in churches, the apostasy of the end times.

As a new Christian in 1975, when I attended church I would be careful concerning the message which was spoken at church to be certain I was doing that message, doing that scripture.
 
Often I would come home and write down that scripture and think on it day and night and apply that scripture to my life.
 
God had shown me to do the following:
 
Joshua 1:8   This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

I am a companion of all that fear THEE (Psalm 119:63)

Several years ago, I came across a church woman who turned to God when there was a problem in her life.  She heard from God and did what God said about the issue and "overcame" the issue through what God told her.  Sometimes she would share with me what had happened after the problem was solved.
 
This is the type of church person with whom I want to have as a companion.
James 1:5   If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

To each of the 7 churches in the book of Revelation, Jesus said the following:
 
* Revelation 2:7  to the church at Ephesus:  To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
 
* Revelation 2:11  to the church at Smyrna:  He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
 
* Revelation 2:17  to the church at Pergomas:  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
 
* Revelation 2:26-28  to the church at Thyatria:  And he that overcometh, and keepeth MY works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of MY Father.  And I will give him the morning star.
 
* Revelation 3:5  to the church at Sardis:  He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before MY Father, and before HIS angels.
 
* Revelation 3:12 to the church at Philadelphia: Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of MY God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of MY God, and the name of the city of MY God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from MY God: and I will write upon him MY new name.
 
* Revelation 3:21  to the church of the Laodiceans: To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with ME in MY throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with My Father in HIS throne.
 
To each church, Jesus says:  "To him that overcomes."
 
Each of us overcome by turning to God in prayer and by asking God to help us and guide us in what we should do in the situation. And then after we hear from God, we diligently do that which we hear to do. And we overcome by doing that Word which is given to us by God.
 
And this shows a fear of the Lord, and these are the ones with whom I choose to be a companion for they will turn to God and hear from God and follow God by HIS Word.
