Deuteronomy 28

John 5:30   Jesus says:
 
I can of Mine own self do nothing: as I hear (from God) , I judge: and MY judgment is just; because I seek not Mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent ME.

Jesus, the Son of God, could do nothing without hearing from God the Father.
 
Certainly I can do nothing unless I hear from God the Father.
 
God gives me information and direction and I simply do that which I hear to do.

God will not allow us to be tempted above that which we are able. God saves us and stops us as needed.

If something would be harmful to us, to our salvation, God will stop us!
 
When a stop sign appears in the highway, don't be afraid to stop.
 
God will sort through it and restore our souls.
 
I Cor. 10:13   There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
 
The elect of God are kept by God.  Something will stop us when we need to be stopped.

There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death (Proverbs 14:12)

Our own flesh and devils work together to destroy us as we follow them.  The flesh of man fights, argues, strives, and always thinks himself to be right but he destroys himself by such.
 
The Spirit of God will take us in the following ways of the Spirit:  
 
Gal. 5:22-23   But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
 
This does not mean we go along with sin.  We state the scriptures on the matter at hand and if the person chooses to go another way, we just walk away, resisting the temptation to debate.
 
Titus 3:9-13   But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain. A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject; Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.
 
(Heretic is that person who resists godly counsel and continues in an opposite way, refusing to submit to the power of the truth of the scriptures.)
 
After the first or second warning, walk away and live in the peace given us by God.
 
For the apostle Peter tells us to keep ourselves in a continual state of peace as we wait for Jesus to return to remove us from this present earth.  
 
2 Peter 3:13-14   Nevertheless we, according to HIS promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.  Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.
 
We live in peace by committing all troublesome things to God in prayer, connecting with God this way, though prayer.
 
Philippians 4:6-7   Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.  And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Hating people and striving with them may seem to be right to a man but really that man is following his own flesh by doing such things.
 
Galatians 5:19-21   
 
19  Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance (to vary, debate, argue), emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

The apostle Paul says:
 
Galatians 5:16   Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
 
As we follow that brought to our mind by the Spirit, we will go in the way of the Spirit in the matter at hand and that way is opposite to the way of the flesh.
 
We win out over sin by turning from that sin and by walking away, staying in peace through that word given us by God.

James 3:14-16   But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.   This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.  For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.

The elect of God. What New Testament Bible says.

Jesus is coming to gather the elect of God and take them off this earth to that new heaven and new earth which is created by God for the elect of God.
 
Jesus says:  Mt. 24:29-31  Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:  And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.  And HE (Jesus) shall send HIS angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together HIS elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
 
The elect of God are those persons chosen by God for salvation.  Those persons to whom God reveals HIMSELF.  Those persons who are instantly changed by God into new creatures, not by their own will or by their own works, but by God's will.
 
This is explained in Romans 9 and Ephesians 1.

Do we support sin? God forbid!

James 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
 
A friend is one who supports you in that which you are doing.

Recently a woman asked me:  "Do you support Gay's and Lesbians?"
 
My reply:  "No!"  
 
(I sent to her scriptures from both Old and New Testaments and told her, "This is God's view of homosexuals and lesbians and I support God's view of homosexuals and lesbians.")
 
And I sent the following scripture and several other scriptures to her.
 
Romans 1:26-28  For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
 
This woman has not come to my house to "visit" since I responded to her.
 
If the unbeliever depart, let him depart.  
 
This is the best way I know to separate in peace from the unbeliever, speak God's truth on the subject at hand when you are with the unbeliever and the subject surfaces.
 
Also we keep ourselves from being deceived by thinking we can have "fellowship" in the spirit with them when one has the Spirit of God and the other has the spirit of the world and the spirit of the various church denominations.
 
It is the elect of God we are interested in identifying for they have the Spirit of God as we do.

Do I support the churches where pastors perform wedding ceremonies between a divorced woman and a man?
 
I do not support these churches for Jesus said:  "Whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery."  
 
(Mt. 5:32  Jesus says:  But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.)

Do I support churches where they teach the divorced woman that she can remarry?
 
"No."  Multiple scriptures show that the divorced woman who remarries while her husband is still living is an adulteress.
 
Romans 7:2-3  For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
 
I Corinthians 7:10-11  And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband:  But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.
 
I Corinthians 7:39  The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord.
 
Mark. 10:6-12    Jesus says:  But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.  7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife;  8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.10 And in the house HIS disciples asked HIM again of the same matter.11 And HE saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.

I am a Christian.  I support the elect of God who are born again by the Holy Spirit of God,  those who live by the Bible, and those who demonstrate that they pray and follow the Holy Spirit of God and the Holy Scriptures.
 
Paul said concerning those who show a form of godliness but deny the power of God, just turn away from such.  That is what I do when I encounter such persons.  (2 Tim. 3:5)  
 
But if I do encounter them, I speak as the door opens in the conversation to speak, I speak the word of God to them.

Many people love their church buildings and their pastors and their stained glass windows and their choirs but they do not love the Word of God.  By their actions we see they are not of God though they love the religious trappings.  I do not support these persons.

I support the elect of God and live in peace and fellowship with the elect of God.

I believe we must begin to distinguish between "the elect of God" and church goers for these are not the same.  Many are church goers, putting themselves into the church by their own will.  The elect of God are those persons chosen by God to whom God has revealed HIS truth and they have the Holy Spirit living inside of them.
 
Notice these scriptures in the NT Bible where the term "elect" is used.
 
2 John 1:13  The children of thy elect sister greet thee. Amen.
Colossians 3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
Romans 8:33  Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
Luke 18:7  And shall not God avenge HIS own elect, which cry day and night unto HIM, though HE bear long with them?
2 Timothy 2:10  Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.Mark 13:22    For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
Titus 1:1 Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness;Matthew 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.1 Peter 1:2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.2 John 1:1 The elder unto the elect lady and her children, whom I love in the truth; and not I only, but also all they that have known the truth;Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.Mark 13:20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom HE hath chosen, HE hath shortened the days.Matthew 24:31 And HE shall send HIS angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together HIS elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.Mark 13:27 And then shall HE send HIS angels, and shall gather together HIS elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

The elect of God are those who are chosen by God and God has revealed HIS truth to them, causing them to be born again by HIS Spirit and they are changed by God into new creatures immediately.
 
2 Corinthians 5:17   Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Has this happened to you?
Only God can do this.
(I suggest you fall down before God asking God to please have mercy on you if you have not had this experience with God.)

Psalm 148:8 Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling HIS Word

Weather is from God, creator of all things.
 
No man can control the weather though he sometimes thinks he can.
 
When I moved to Clovis, NM (USA), there was a man who thought he could make it rain by firing a canon into clouds.  We would hear, "boom, boom, boom" ... but no rain came.
 
In the faith movement churches, there was a doctrine called, "The authority of the believer."  We were taught that hail and destructive winds were from the devil and we had authority over the devil and could take authority and command the devil that he could not touch our property.  (If it didn't work they said we had weak faith.)  
 
The truth is God controls the hail and the stormy winds.  Psalm 148:8

4  Praise HIM, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.5 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for HE commanded, and they were created.
8  Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling HIS word:
 
13  Let them praise the name of the LORD: for HIS name alone is excellent; HIS glory is above the earth and heaven.
 
Recently we had a warning on TV telling us that hail and thunderstorms were approaching the area where we live.  
 
When I heard this, I just prayed to God asking HIM to protect us.
 
God is in charge of all things.

Before Jesus returns to gather HIS elect

We know by the Bible, certain things must happen before Jesus returns for the elect of God.
 
* There will be wars and rumors of wars and famines, pestilences, and earthquakes.
 
Matthew 24:6-9  Jesus says:  And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.  All these are the beginning of sorrows.
 
WWII was the worst war in the history of civilization according to Winston Churchill in his book The Gathering Storm.  (Chapter 1)
 
So far as pestilences, we've never seen anything like Coronavirus of 2020.  There have been many pestilences in times past, but never before a pestilence that covered the entire world.

* According to the apostle Paul, before Jesus returns there has to be a "falling away" where churches depart from some scriptures and antichrist moves into the church groups and the apostasy comes into the churches.
 
2 Thessalonians 2
 
3-4  KJV  ... Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day (of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
 
In 1982, God said to me:  "The falling away are not people leaving the churches but the falling away are the church leaving the scriptures."
 
In NASB the "falling away" is called "the apostasy". V.3 No one is to deceive you in any way! For it (the day of the Lord) will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.
 
The apostasy had to come into the churches before Jesus could return for the elect of God.
 
6-8  NASB  6 And you know what restrains him now, so that he will be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only HE who now restrains will do so until HE is removed. 8 Then that lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will eliminate with the breath of HIS mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of HIS coming;
 
In 2015, God called to my mind the word "restrains":  I found this in the above scripture of NASB.
 
I asked God, "What is it that restrains antichrist?"  
 
Instantly I heard, " Jesus, The Word, keeps antichrist out of the churches."
 
And my understanding was opened by God.  "When churches remove portions of scriptures or change scriptures, they remove Jesus (The Word) from the church and antichrist enters ... for only the scriptures, The Word which is Jesus, can keep antichrist out of the churches."
 
And I knew this is what I had been seeing in churches for the past 40 years when pastors changed scriptures and were not ashamed of that which they had done when I talked with them about this.  
 
Some even admitted to me that the thing they had just taught was not in the Bible and they had just made it up.  But there was no shame.
 
In the end, in Revelation, we read even when the plagues were sent by God, they would not repent but they cursed God because of those plagues.
 
Revelation 16:9   And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give HIM glory.
 
And then I understood what I had been seeing pastors do from the time I was born again in 1975, in the first church I went to after being born again. 
 
(That pastor was teaching tongues were of the devil ... while in the Bible Paul said, "forbid not to speak with tongues.")  I Cor. 14:39 
 
The apostasy was already taking place in the churches in 1975, and even centuries before as denominations broke away from the Holy Bible and set up their own groups eliminating scriptures as they chose to do and installing religious symbols not prescribed by Bible.
 
This had to happen before Jesus could return for the elect, according to the apostle Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2:3.
 
And the breaking away from Bible grew worse and worse as the time continued through the centuries.
 
2 Timothy 3  Paul says:  1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come ... 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away ... 7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth ... 13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
 
To the end of this earth, church denominations will continue setting up their own doctrines and departing from portions of scripture in the Holy Bible and will grow worse and worse.  
 
Jesus will destroy the apostate church groups when HE returns to gather HIS elect.
 
II Thessalonians 2:8-10   And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of HIS mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of HIS coming:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

*  Another thing that had to happen before Jesus could return for the elect is the gospel had to be taught through all the world.
 
Matthew 24:14  Jesus says:  And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
 
I believe we have seen this by Internet as well as by individuals who have spoken the gospel to all nations.

The great tribulation of God comes:

When we are taken into heaven to meet Jesus:
 
2 Thessalonians 4:13-18   But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep (dead), that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him.15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (precede/go before) them which are asleep.16 For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

The apostle Peter tells us what we should do as we wait for the return of Jesus:
 
2 Peter 3:14   Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.
 
We keep ourselves in peace, without spot and blameless while we wait for the return of Jesus.
 
We must not allow ourselves to be troubled by the apostate churches nor by the evil of those in this present world.  For that will consume us.
 
We must avoid those people and things that steal peace and cause us to depart from peace and joy of the Word of God.
 
And we must not join them in the evil by rejecting the scriptures which would allow antichrist into our own selves.
 
Matthew 24:12-13  Jesus says:  And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

We do have control over our mind.  We can make ourselves think of God and HIS Word.
 
The apostle Paul tells us:

Jesus says: If thy right hand offend thee, cut it off

The loss of a right hand seems a very serious thing if we are right handed. 
 
"How could I do without my right hand?"
 
But to cling to that person or event unto our own destruction is even more foolish.
 
Matthew 5:30   And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
 
I once said to my mother, "You can go down but I'm not going down with you."
 
To that my mother replied, "I don't want you to go down."  (and she straightened up and even ended up saved by God)
 
In the end times, there is much iniquity and delusion.
 
Revelation 12:12 Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
 
Devils in people drive those individuals to crazy, destructive actions.
 
Don't we see people do unthinkable things today?  Observers frequently say, "Why did he do that?"  (there is no apparent reason for such actions)
 
Matthew 8:28-32   And when HE (Jesus) was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.29 And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?30 And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.31 So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.32 And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.
 
Jesus warns us about the end times:
 
Matthew 24:21-22  For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.  And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

The apostle Paul says: Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine

If they ask us what we think, we should tell them what God thinks!   That is what matters.  
 
The apostle Paul says:
 
2 Timothy 4:2-4  Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
 
If they are offended and they don't want to be around us anymore, we should understand the following:
 
I Cor. 7:13  But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.
 
Though Paul is speaking the above scripture to those persons who have unbelieving mates, I also know this applies to unbelievers in general when we are around those unbelievers.
 
God says:
 
II Cor. 6:14-18
 
14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be MY people.17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean; and I will receive you,18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
 
It is not that we have to argue with the unbeliever.  We just speak the truth from God and let the person make his decision.

When we wander out of our assignment

Each of us have assignments given by God.  As long as we continue in that which God has set for us to do, peace and calm continues.  But if we are drawn off our job, then comes disruption.
 
Do you know your assignment?  Do you know what God has set you here to do?
 
Pam Padgett has been given a spiritual gift of helps.
 
I Cor. 14:27-28  Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.28 And God hath set some in the church (to care for the church), first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
Pam has an assignment from God to work in the church "helping" the church.
 
I have two ministry offices ordained by Jesus from heaven:  apostle & prophet (Eph. 4:11)
 
I deal with church doctrine as an apostle, things like divorce/remarriage, doctrines of elders as shown by scriptures, doctrines of Bible concerning homosexuals/lesbians and any other question that surfaces today.
 
Concerning prophets:  Hosea 12:13 And by a prophet the LORD brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved.
 
Prophets are used by God to help HIS people to get out of traps and to help them to stay out of traps.
 
Prophet also prepare the way of the Lord.  Today we announce the returning of Jesus and help the church to remain in a position of readiness to be received when Jesus returns.
 
And I have a spiritual gift of exhortation to be able to urge the church by advice and warning concerning holding fast to the way of God shown in the scripture.
 
exhortation:  to urge earnestly by advice and warning
 
Heb. 3:12-13  Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.  But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
 
Heb. 10:24-25   And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:  Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
 
God by HIS Holy Spirit shows us our assignments and teaches us how to do that assignment.
 
We do not copy other humans but rather we do that shown us by the Holy Spirit of God.
 
The work we do must be authored by God.
 
Jesus says:  Mt. 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

It would be terrible to have to seek the counsel of humans.  And it would also be dreadful to try to figure out what to do based on our own reasonings.
 
We are blessed above all others for we have access to the wisdom from God.
 
James 1:5  If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
 
And God watches over us and leads us by the Holy Spirit who dwells in each believer.
 
John 14:26  Jesus says:  But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, HE shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
 
John 16:13  Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
 
In the Old Testament, the children of Israel are examples for they fought against God and did not prosper.
 
Psalm 81

#  4.  Pastor wanted to build a new church building.  I asked Him:  What did God say to you about this?  Did God show you to build a new building?  Pastor did not answer me at all.  Two times pastor asked me to come see his building and "bless" his building.  Pastor's wife said they really wanted me to come see their work that they were planning.  Never did either of them mention anything about God.
 
Do we have any evidence that God is leading them to do this?   Yes:     No:

# 5.   I had a dream:  A woman was singing.  I said, "It's a little voice, but it is a nice little voice."  Then in the dream there was a blog and I saw it was a way to communicate with the church.

# 6.  Man comes to our house to do extermination work.  He identifies himself to me as a Christian.  Then this man says, "You could always pray that the mice would go to the house of neighbor that you hate."  I replied:  "I don't have any neighbors that I hate."  Later he began telling me that he goes on ministry trips to different cities each summer.  I asked:  "And how did God tell you to do this?"  He had no answer to this question.

# 8.  An announcement was made at church of a ministry trip with the singles class at church.  As a young woman, Pam Padgett signed up for this trip.  There was no mention of "how" they were to "minister".  The church was several hundred miles away, on the other side of the state.
 
No one knew what they were to do to "minister" when they arrived at the church.
Should there be a question about this "ministry trip" and who authored this?  God or man?

As I read this scripture, I heard these words which I believed to be information from God:  "This
 falling away are not people leaving the churches.  This falling away are the churches leaving the scripture."
 
Today is there evidence of churches having left portions of scripture and having set up new doctrines opposite to the instruction of the Bible in their groups?   Yes:       No:
 
Was this information given to me in 1982 likely a word of knowledge from God based on the evidence seen today in churches?   Yes:     No:

One of our neighbors told Pam Padgett to tell me "hello" and also to tell me how much she enjoyed hearing the story of my old car.
 
Evaluation:  This neighbor didn't mention the scriptures which I sent to her concerning homosexuals and lesbians though I sent many scriptures on this subject to her:  Romans 1:26-28; Genesis 13:13; Genesis 19; I Kings 22:46; I Kings 15:12; 2 Kings 23:7; I Kings 14:24
 
A few days before this neighbor told this to Pam, I became aware of how much deception people carry to us and I began praying for God not to let me to be deceived or deluded.
 
After hearing the message from this neighbor, I was at first glad ... but then I was reminded that she said nothing about enjoying what I wrote where I shared those scriptures concerning homosexuals and lesbians!
 
I believe this tells the truth about this woman.  She does not delight in the scriptures, the Word of God.  But she wants to delight in that which she sees humans do.  
 
Many church going people are like this.
 
We need to pray that we not be deceived nor deluded by people.  
 
For these are indeed "perilous times". 
 
2 Timothy 3
 
1-4 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.  For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
 
(They tell you where they go to church.  They love their buildings and delight in their stained glass windows and in their pastors, but they do not love the Word of God!)7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
 
13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;  (God teaches us.)15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

God calls all the stars by their names!

Just as God calls by name each star in the vast multitude of stars, HE knows each detail of our lives.  
 
Each thing we deal with, no matter how small, God knows about.  And HE knows how to lead us and help us as we deal with each mater.  Several months ago the "PrtScn" (Print Screen) button on my laptop suddenly stopped working.  I use this button each day when preparing the blog, so this was a big problem to me.  
I turned to God, asking HIM what to do about this problem.  My attention was drawn to a very small light at the corner of the "Fn" (function) button.  I had never noticed that little light before.  I tapped the "Fn"  button, and this light went out. Then I tried to use the "PrtScn" button, it worked!  Apparently I had previously tapped the "Fn" button without realizing it, and that was the problem.  But I had no idea this had happened.  I marveled that God knew exactly what this problem was and was able to guide me to see that very small light! 
Several times I've been reminded of being helped by God with this when I've been dealing with other seemingly "small" problems. The devil may whisper in our ears that a problem is "too small" to take to God.  A lie.
John 8:44     Jesus says:   ...  He (the devil) was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Just as God knows every star by name, HE knows everything that concerns us.  
And God wants us to turn to HIM with each problem, knowing that HE is able to reach us to show us what, if anything, we need to do.   I Peter 5:6-7  Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:   Casting all your care upon HIM; for HE careth for you.

All THY works shall praise Thee, O LORD (Psalm 145:10)

The sun and moon and stars praise God by doing that work for which God set them in the heavens!    And they stay exactly where God placed them until God tells them to move.
 
The earth stays in place in the solar system until God tells the earth to move.
 
We learn from God's creation, praising HIM by doing that which HE ordains for us as long as we live on this earth!
 
Psalm 145

The power of God that works in us is the power of the Holy Spirit of God who lives in us.
 
I Cor. 3:16   Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
 
The Holy Spirit who lives in us teaches us all things, reminds us of everything Jesus has said to us, guides us into all truth, and shows us things to come.  (Jn. 14:26 & Jn. 26:13)
 
And the Holy Spirit searches the heart of God to reveal the will of God to us.

First concerning the churches today in the end times.
 
I have been shown by God many things about this subject.
 
Starting in 1982, 
 
I was reading II Thessalonians 2:3-4
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day (of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
 
God said to me at that time, in 1982, "The falling away are not the people leaving the church groups ... The falling away are the churches leaving the scriptures."In 2017, God said to me the word: "restrains"  
I found this word in II Thess. 2  (NASB)  as follows:6-8   And you know what restrains him now, so that he will be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only HE who now restrains will do so until HE is removed. 8 Then that lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will eliminate with the breath of HIS mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of HIS coming;I said to God, "Who is it that restrains antichrist?"And instantly I knew the answer from God.The scriptures restrain antichrist.  Jesus the Word restrains antichrist.  But many churches remove portions of scriptures and that removes "Jesus, The Word."  And when that happens antichrist moves into that church group.

Most churches today are already antichrist for they no longer teach such things as follows:
 
Matthew 5:32  But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
 
* The divorced woman commits adultery when she remarries but her husband who divorced her will be the cause of her adultery.
 
* The man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.
 
I Cor. 7:10-11  And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband:  But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.
 
Romans 7:2-3  For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.  So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
 
We no longer go by the Law of Moses where we sacrifice animals for sin ... But we do go by the Law of God as set forth in the New Testament Scriptures.
 
Mk. 10  And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away.5 And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept.6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife;8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
10 And in the house HIS disciples asked HIM again of the same matter.
11 And HE saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.
 
I Cor. 7:39  The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord.
 
 
Concerning Homosexuals & Lesbians:
 
Romans 1:26-28   For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
 
A homosexual or lesbian can be saved if such sees this scripture and recognizes their sin and repents and turns from sexually perverted acts.
 
Jn. 8 ... Jesus to woman taken in adultery ... "go ... and sin no more."
 
Sinners cannot continue in sins after they are enlightened for to go back to their sins is to crucify Jesus afresh.
 
Hebrews 10:26-29   For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,  But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
 
The apostle Peter says:  
 
2 Peter 2:19-22
 
While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.
 
Hebrews 6:4-8   For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put HIM to an open shame.7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

There is not 1 antichrist ... the apostle John tells us there are "many" antichrists.
I Jn. 2:18-19  Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
 
19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

The apostle Paul speaking to the elders of the church at Ephesus:
 
Acts 20:29-30 
 
29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
 
30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

So after the time of Paul, men started their own denominations and cast away scripture as they saw fit, and divided the body of Christ.
 
2 Peter 2:2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
 
Antichrist in today's churches ... these apostate churches will be destroyed by Jesus when HE returns to gather the elect of God.
 
II Thess. 2:8  And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of HIS mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of HIS coming:

On July 5, 2021, I sent a second email to this pastor warning him concerning his plan to build a new church building. 
 
Dear Pastor:
 
I must tell you that I have concerns about your building a new church building.
 
In my initial response to hearing you were doing this, I asked you how God showed you to do this. You did not choose to share that with me. So I have no evidence concerning whether or not your project is from God.
 
However today I was praying about this project and I was reminded of the following scripture by the Holy Spirit: 
 
Luke 17:28-29  Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. 
 
And I have been reminded several times of Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
 
As a prophet I must warn you and ask you to reexamine this project through prayer and by considering these scriptures which show us the wisdom from God.   James 3:17 and Mt. 11:30
 
James 3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
 
Mt. 11:30 Jesus says: For MY yoke is easy, and MY burden is light.
 
I'm just telling you my concern and what I believe is from God to you.

In 1975, after I was born again, God began teaching me how to recognize ideas that are from God so I could go in the way of God on this present earth.
 
One of the first things God taught me is this:
 
Mt. 11:30   Jesus said:  MY yoke is easy, and MY burden is light.
 
If something was overly expensive, I knew I did not have God's plan.  If it was very difficult to do, I knew I did not have God's plan so I stopped and began praying again, asking God for HIS wisdom.
 
Promise from the Bible:
 
James 1:5   If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
 
Recognizing the wisdom that is from God:
 
James 3:17   But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

Assurance of salvation for the elect of God as we endure to the end through HIM

Mt. 24:12-13   And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.  But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
 
We, the elect of God, endure by following that which is brought to our mind by the Holy Spirit.
 
Remember the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth and HE will:  teach us all things, remind us of all that Jesus has said, guide us into all truth, and show us things to come. (Jn.14:26 & Jn.16:13)
 
Also God will not fail us nor forsake us.  (Joshua 1:5 & Heb. 13:5)
 
Jesus says:
 
John 6
 
35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to ME shall never hunger; and he that believeth on ME shall never thirst.
 
39-40 And this is the Father's will which hath sent ME, that of all which HE hath given ME I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.40 And this is the will of HIM that sent ME, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on HIM, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
 
47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on ME hath everlasting life.48 I am that bread of life.49 Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead.50 This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever:
 
We eat the "bread" by believing the Word that is carried to us by the Spirit of Jesus, the Holy Spirit.  We do this as long as God leaves us on this earth.  The elect of God hear the voice of Jesus by HIS Spirit and we follow HIM and will not follow the voice of a stranger.  John 10
 
John 10  Jesus says:
 
4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
 
27  My sheep hear MY voice, and I know them, and they follow ME:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any pluck them out of MY hand.29 My Father, which gave them ME, is greater than all; and no (none) is able to pluck them out of MY Father's hand.30 I and MY Father are one.
 
John 6  Jesus says:
 
53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink HIS blood, ye have no life in you.
Every time God sends HIS Word to us and we eat and drink that Word, believing on that Word, we eat the flesh of Jesus and drink HIS blood and have HIS life by HIS Word which was sent to us by God.
 
They received manna and ate it and lived.
 
But we receive Jesus by that Word that comes down to us from God and we eat that Word and live by HIM and life is in us each time we receive HIS Word ... I've always thought it is like receiving a blood transfusion.
 
Jesus says:
54 Whoso eateth MY flesh, and drinketh MY blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.55 For MY flesh is meat indeed, and My blood is drink indeed.56 He that eateth MY flesh, and drinketh MY blood, dwelleth in ME, and I in him.57 As the living Father hath sent ME, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth ME, even he shall live by ME.58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.
63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

We overcome ... each time we hear that which the Holy Spirit brings to our mind and each time we focus on "that" Word and follow HIM.
 
Jesus says:
 
Revelation 3:5   He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before MY Father, and before HIS angels.
 
We go though this life depending on HIM, not on our own selves.
 
We hear HIS voice, HIS word which God brings to us by the Spirit of Jesus, the Holy Spirit.
 
And we follow what HE tells us concerning the issue of life at that exact point in time.
 
Thus we depend on HIM for our salvation and we know HE will never fail us.
 
(HE won't fall short and HE won't be late in sending HIS WORD to us.)
 
We are the elect of God, born of HIS Spirit by God speaking to us and by God changing us into a new creature.
 
2 Corinthians 5:17   Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
 
Thus we are HIS workmanship.  (Ephesians 2:10)
 
We follow HIM ... Hearing HIS Word and doing HIS word.  
 
And knowing we can do all things through HIM who strengthens us as Paul said.
 
Philippians 4:13   I can do all things through Christ (The Word) which strengtheneth me.

We must live in peace.
 
If we are disturbed by someone we must not just assume everything will be OK.  We must commit that situation to God.  We might need to withdraw ourselves from that person.  I know I could not have continued with God and been around my cousin who was trying to turn me from the assignment I have been given by God.  I just stopped writing to her.  I was opening the door by writing to her.
 
We must be sober, alert, but not living in fear.  Instead we trust in God but we also follow the warnings that God gives us, for when we do choose to go among people who are dangers to us and we are concerned by them, we must settle it with God doing what we need to do to continue in the faith.
 
But we also go forth in the assurance of the salvation promised by Jesus for those elect of God who follow HIM.
 
Peace and joy ... but staying alert also!
 
And we must live in truth.  We can't live in our imaginations.  We can't try to think what we want to think about people.  We must live in truth.  The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth.  
 
Wise as serpents ... but harmless as doves ... but "wise".
 
We always focus on:  "What has God told me about this."
 
And if God has told you nothing, there is nothing for you to think on in this matter.

The assembling of "ourselves" is to gather with the elect of God, not with the church of the apostasy, which has fallen away from scripture, and has set up doctrines of their own imaginations.

Chapter 17-Attending church book. God teaches me about antichrist and the apostasy in the churches today

The first truth we establish by the Bible is this:  There is not just one antichrist.  There are many antichrists and they come into the churches in the form of the church members and the preachers.
 
These antichrists were in the churches at the time of the apostle John.
 
John tells us this in the following scripture.
 
I John 2:18-19   Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
 
As churches continue in the doctrines of Christ in the Holy Bible, those antichrist spirits that come into the churches in the forms of people, will not remain in that church. The scriptures hold antichrist back so he cannot prosper in the churches as he tries to promote doctrines opposite to those doctrines of Christ.

The apostle Paul warns the elders at the church of Ephesus.
 
Acts 20:29-30 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.
 
Those antichrist spirits were sitting there in some of the elders of the church at Ephesus and they were just biding their time, waiting until Paul was gone, before they came forth speaking perverse things to the church at Ephesus.
 
(Paul would have corrected them if they spoke in front of Paul.)

Just as the devil is not one man but is operating through many men, so is antichrist operating through many men and these men are in the churches.
 
The apostle Paul explains:
 
II Thessalonians 2:3-4   Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day (of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
 
Paul is telling us that Jesus cannot return to gather the elect of God until the apostasy comes into the churches.  Paul calls this, "The falling away."
 
In 1982, I was reading this scripture in 2 Thessalonians 2 and God began explaining this to me by HIS Spirit.  God said,   "The falling away are not people leaving the churches.  The falling away are the churches leaving the scriptures."

In 2017, God explained to me another thing about this antichrist situation in the churches.  God took me to 2 Thessalonians 2 in the NASB where they talk about the restraint which was holding antichrist back from the churches.
 
II Thessalonians 2:6-7  NASB   6 And you know what restrains him now, so that he will be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is removed.
 
I asked God:  "What restrains antichrist now?"
 
Immediately I knew the answer to this question:  Jesus, the Word, the scriptures, restrains antichrist.  When they remove the scriptures they remove Jesus from the church and antichrist moves in and sets up his own doctrine which is opposite from the doctrine of Christ of the New Testament Bible.
 
This is that end time apostasy that had to happen before Jesus could return for the elect of God.
 
The churches began to remove the instructions given in the Bible.
 
One example is Matthew 5:32, Jesus says:  
 
But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
 
- The man who divorces a faithful wife causes her to commit adultery if she remarries.
 
-  And the man who marries her that is divorced commits adultery.
 
Have you ever heard this taught in a church?  I haven't.
 
Men often marry divorced women in the churches.  And the divorced women are often told in the churches that God forgives them and of course they can remarry after divorce, and the pastors perform the wedding ceremonies and the congregations show their approval by attending the wedding ceremonies.  Everyone at the church participates in the sin of double adultery.
 
And the church becomes the apostasy through casting aside of scripture.  Antichrist rules in the church when scripture has been eliminated this way.
 
All who cast aside scriptures will be destroyed in the apostate churches when Jesus returns for the elect of God:
 
II Thessalonians 2:8-12  And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of HIS mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of HIS coming:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
(They loved their churches more than they loved the scriptures.  They loved the people who wanted to do various things against scripture more than they loved the scripture.  They fell away from scripture and set up false doctrines in place of the scripture.  They will be destroyed when Jesus returns to gather the elect.)11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

The apostate churches will be destroyed when Jesus returns to gather the elect of God.

Chapter 16 New Book: Attending church. Moving to another city and trying to find church to attend there

After my mother died in 2002, I moved to Lubbock, Texas, where I began trying to find a church to attend.

I attended the main service on a Sunday morning.
 
As I entered the building a man met me and asked me to fill out a card where I gave my name, address, phone number.  (I had no objection at all to doing this and filled out the card immediately.)
 
The church meeting had started as I entered the auditorium.  I sat down to listen.  There was enormous disruption going on.  I sat there for about 5 minutes and got up and left.
 
That day, their leader called me.  I'm sure I told him that I am a minister of Jesus in the offices of apostle and prophet.  
 
He vociferously began trying to persuade me that there was no way I could be an apostle or prophet. 
 
I hung up the phone. 
 
He called me again and started trying to argue.  I hung up the phone again.
 
He called a third time with more arguments.  I hung up the phone the third time.
 
I think he sent me written materials also, which I threw away immediately.

* Word Church:
 
On the sign outside the church building, the following words were presented:  "Still teaching the Word."
 
So I went there on a Wednesday night.
 
They divided us into small groups of about 20 people.  This was fine with me.  We met in our assigned group in a classroom setting.
 
One person read one scripture after another without comment for approximately 45 minutes.
 
The meeting ended.
 
I went to the main service on a Sunday morning.
 
A man who was in charge read one scripture after another without any comment for the next hour or so.
 
There were so many scriptures read that I couldn't keep up.  
 
There were no comments nor teachings nor interpretation of scriptures given.
 
I never returned to this church group.

*  Baptist church in neighboring city:
 
I went to a Sunday morning service starting with the adult Sunday School class.
 
As I recall, it was very highly structured and there was no room at all for the sharing of that which individuals had been shown by God by HIS Spirit.
 
It was just one person talking.
 
I left and didn't stay for the main service.
 
I Cor. 14:26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.

In 1985, I moved to Clovis, NM (USA), where my mother lived.  My dad died and I knew she would need help so I moved there and built two apartments and later a house and moved my mother into the house with me until she died in 2002.
 
While in Clovis, I tried to find a church to attend:

* Church on the Texico highway:
 
I spoke at this church several times when I was on radio between the years of 1980-1984.  
 
Then I moved to Clovis to help my mother after my father died.  
 
As I recall this, the man who was leader of this group contacted me when he learned I had moved to Clovis.  He was not really a pastor.  He was just the person in charge.  He asked me not to try to come to their church group.  He made the statement that he would not stand in the doorway to keep me out of their building but he wanted me to know I would not be welcome there.  They were followers of Kenneth Copeland at that time.
 
He didn't need to be concerned.  I've never tried to force my way into any church group and would not do such a thing.  
 
Several years later, 2017, God's message to me concerned the apostasy of the end times in the churches, and there was no way I would want to go near one of these apostate churches for I know Jesus will deal with them when HE returns and I just want to stay out of the way.

* Potter's House:
 
This was a really strange situation.  
 
I spoke to the pastor about visiting his church group, not as a speaker, just as a visitor.  I was looking for a church to attend.
 
First the pastor agreed.
 
I bought an appropriate dress and was excited over getting to go to a church group.
 
On Friday before I was to visit on Sunday morning, this pastor called me and said:  "Concerning that thing about your visiting our church.  I've decided I don't want you to visit our church group."
 
I said, "Ok ..."   and hung up.
 
I was disappointed not to get to go to church.
 
A few days after this, some teenaged girls showed up at my front door.  They were carrying printed hand outs.  They said they were from "Potter's House" church.  They invited me to attend their church.
 
I told them their pastor called me asking me not to visit their church.
 
They didn't say a word.  They just turned and walked away.

I went to visit this church on a Wednesday night.  I was hoping to find a church to attend. 
 
The pastor was teaching about the woman taken in adultery.  John 8
 
Pastor said:  "And when she was brought to Jesus, she was naked from the waist up."
 
I was very shocked!  I knew this was not true.  I looked about the room and I didn't see anyone reach for a Bible to check this story.  
 
Several of the men had big lust-filled looking smiles on their faces.  
 
There were about 100 people in the congregation that night.
 
I called the pastor the next day.  I told him I had been in that meeting the previous night.  I asked him where it was in the Bible saying that woman taken in adultery was naked from the waist up as he had told the congregation.
 
He said, after a long pause:  "I can't remember where it is in the Bible."
 
I explained this was very important for me to know.  I asked him if he would please look this up and tell his secretary where this is in the Bible and have her call me and let me know.
 
Another long pause.
 
Then he shouted into the phone with great anger: "All right.  It's not in the Bible.  Where do you go to church."
 
I told him I was trying to find a church to attend but I wasn't going to attend a church where the pastor told stories that were not in the Bible and then tried to lie to Christians about that which he had done.
 
That ended the phone call.
 
I saw a man in the congregation who had done some construction work for me.  It turned out that he was one of the elders in that church group.  I called him and told him what had happened.  He seemed surprised.  But he apparently had not tried to check this story in the Bible.
 
John 8:1-11  Jesus went unto the mount of Olives.  And early in the morning HE came again into the temple, and all the people came unto HIM; and the the scribes and Pharisees brought unto HIM a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
 
4 They say unto HIM, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest THOU?
 
6 This they said, tempting HIM, that they might have to accuse HIM. 
 
But Jesus stooped down, and with HIS finger wrote on the ground, as though HE heard them not.
 
7 So when they continued asking HIM, HE lifted up HIMSELF, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
 
8 And again HE stooped down, and wrote on the ground.
 
9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
 
10 When Jesus had lifted up HIMSELF, and saw none but the woman, HE said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
 
11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
 
 
A few weeks later, I was visiting an Assembly of God church.  This elder was there that night.  We talked after the meeting.  He said he had left that other church group and was no longer an elder there.  He said he asked that pastor about what I said and the pastor said he just didn't know why he told that story to the people that night.
 
Later that pastor wanted to hire a homosexual to be their choir director.  And the former elder said he left that church for that reason.  
 
But that "elder" didn't leave when that pastor told the lie about the scriptures:  about the woman who was taken in adultery in John 8.
 
I was especially shocked that this pastor showed no shame over what he had done in lying to his congregation concerning John 8.
 
Later, in 2017,  God taught me about antichrist and the apostasy in the churches toward the end times.  Then I understood this was one of the antichrist, apostasy, churches and in the book of Revelation the people blasphemed God over the plagues but they did not repent.  
 
I've never seen any of these corrupt men who speak lies to their church groups repent.
 
Antichrist does not repent.
 
Revelation 9:20   And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
 
v. 21  Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
 
Revelation 16:8-9   And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.  And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give HIM glory.
 
vv. 10-11  And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,  And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
 
I don't believe these antichrist, apostasy church people can repent.  They made their choice against the scriptures.
 
2 Thessalonians 2:10-12   And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
I leave these apostate churches and their leaders alone.  Jesus will judge them when HE comes to gather the elect of God.

The voice of one crying in the wilderness

As the wickedness increases we know Jesus comes soon and the judgment of God and the complete destruction of the heaven and earth by God.
 
On July 10, 2021,  I was watching on NFL channel the replay of a football game from 2020.
 
A commercial appeared on screen.  It was obvious to me this commercial was extremely high level advertisement.
 
Total black screen ... with one word at a time in white letters in the center of the screen.
 
NFL ... is ... for ... (several words) then ... Gays ... Lesbians ... etc ... 
 
Who speaks what the Bible says?
 
(Even most churches won't do this today.)
 
The Bible says:
 
Romans 1:26-27
 
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.29-30 And HE (Jesus) spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;  When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.

Before Jesus came the first time in the flesh, John the Baptist was crying in the wilderness as follows:

1 Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judaea, and Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, and his brother Philip tetrarch of Ituraea and of the region of Trachonitis, and Lysanias the tetrarch of Abilene,2 Annas and Caiaphas being the high priests, the word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness.3 And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins;4 As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make HIS paths straight.5 Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways shall be made smooth;6 And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

Matthew 24   Jesus says:
 
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
 
(They mourn because all their properties and their fame and their reputations of men will be destroyed by God with the destruction of the present heavens and with the destruction of this earth.)31 And HE shall send HIS angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together HIS elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?13 Nevertheless we, according to HIS promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.

13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep (dead), that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with HIM.15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (go ahead of) them which are asleep.16 For the Lord HIMSELF shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Chapter 14 New Book: Attending church. Joan Boney: Going to church after I was born again: Believers Chapel, Beverly Hills Baptist, and Word of Faith

After I was born again in 1975, my best friend said, "Joanie ... you have to go to church."
 
I said:  "I do?"
 
So I did.
 
(1975 through 1982)

Believer's Chapel: (Approximately 150 members in 1975.)
 
The people were extremely proud of their church.  
 
Their pastors were professors at Dallas Theological Seminary.
 
When I began attending in late 1975, their main pastor was conducting a seminar on the subject:  "Tongues are of the devil."
 
I attended this.
 
I don't believe I had ever heard of a tongue before going to this church group.  
 
It surely scared me!  
 
I wanted nothing to do with those people who spoke in tongues or with their churches, although I didn't know anyone who spoke with tongues nor any churches that did this, at that time.
 
About 3 weeks later, I was reading the Bible and saw this verse.
 
The apostle Paul said:
 
I Cor. 14:39   Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues.
I had to choose between attending Believer's Chapel and the Bible.
 
Instantly I chose the Bible.
 
I never returned to that church group again.

Neighborhood prayer group:
 
I was attending a neighborhood prayer group at the same time I encountered the subject of speaking with tongues.
 
We met in the home of a woman who lived in our neighborhood, which was in Highland Park in the center of Dallas.  The women were very educated.  One woman was the wife of a doctor.  I, myself, owned a business and had an earned doctorate and had taught at SMU.  
 
Everything seemed very respectable.
 
One day 5 of us had gathered to pray for people.  One woman mentioned a person we should pray for, and briefly told the problem this woman was having.  We bowed our heads, and I began hearing a very soft murmuring sound, an undercurrent.  I had no idea at first what it was I was hearing.
 
Then I realized these women were praying in tongues!
 
I was terrified!  and I fled that house as soon as I could make an appropriate exit.
 
One of the women in the prayer group followed me out of the house where we had been meeting and she said, "Joan, now don't let this bother you."
 
"No, of course not."  I responded as I was fleeing.
 
I wanted no more to do with these tongues women ever!

At that same time, I began having what they called "Satanic Attacks", where I was bombarded with thoughts, seemingly from devils.
 
A woman who worked for me would call the women in that tongues prayer group when I was stricken, and they would pray for me and I would get better.
 
This went on for weeks.
 
The husband of my bookkeeper for my small business, was a professor at Dallas Theological Seminary.
 
My business was American Indian Arts.  
 
Someone put forth the idea that my problem was being caused by the Indian symbols on the art objects.  I was at the point of destroying all the art objects at my shop.  
 
Walt, my bookkeeper's husband, said the art objects could not be the problem. 
 
He said,  "Art objects have no power unless you are worshipping them and attributing special powers to them." 
 
(I knew I was not doing that.)
 
At one point, God reminded me of a scripture.
 
"How is it to your credit if you receive a beating for doing wrong and endure it?"  (NIV)
 
I Peter 2:20  (KJV)   For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.
 
I seriously looked into this scripture and I realized my problem was the following:  I wanted to marry and I wasn't getting what I wanted.  
 
Then I realized while everyone at church and in that prayer group and my best friend had been praying for God to send me to an husband, perhaps it was not the will of God for me to marry.
 
I John 5:14-15   And this is the confidence that we have in HIM, that, if we ask any thing according to HIS will, HE heareth us:  And if we know that HE hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of HIM .
 
Shortly after I was born again I was taken into heaven in the night.  I was with God and with Christ and with the Holy Spirit.  (No physical images just in the spirit.)  At that time I was merged into the body of Jesus, made one with the Word of God, God and the Holy Spirit witnessing.
 
And then a few nights later, that exact same thing happened a second time.
 
I was also given significant spiritual gifts at that same time and people in churches would see me operating in these spiritual gifts and they kept saying, "We know the HAND of God is upon you."
 
It might not be the will of God for me to marry.  There might be another work God had ordained for me to do.
 
And when I gave up my own will and began to focus on the will of God for me in my life, the "Satanic attacks" stopped.
 
I also studied every scripture in the New Testament pertaining to the subject of speaking in tongues and proved to my own satisfaction that tongues were a legitimate part of the church in our time.
 
Then I accepted the women again in that prayer group.
