The power to believe the Word of God and to do the Word of God is attached to meditating in the scriptures given to us by the Holy Spirit.
 
Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
 
Psalm 1:1-3 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.  But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.  And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
 
Notice both of the above scriptures tells us:   for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. 
 
Take that scripture which is brought to your attention by the Holy Spirit of God and keep it before you day and night until you are able to live that scripture, doing those things instructed by that scripture.
 
Then take the next scripture that comes before you and do the same thing with that scripture.
 
Live that word of God.

Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life"

No man can go to God except through Jesus, The Word.
 
So if we are tempted to go a way opposite to that which we read in the New Testament Bible, we know we cannot go to God that opposite way.
 
Galatians 5
 
19  Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Some of the instruments God uses to bring destruction to disobedient church people

For those people in church groups who love the form of godliness but do not love the actual Word of God, God prepares HIS instruments of destruction.
 
God can use evil angels to lead those people in ways of destruction:
 
Psalm 78:49  HE cast upon them the fierceness of HIS anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.
 
These evil angels carry messages which seem to be from God but are not from God.
 
Paul spoke of this in the following:
 
Galatians 1:8-9  But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.  As we said before, so say I now again, If any preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
 
A divorced woman came to a non-denominational church group and pretended to be a regular single woman.  She was looking for an husband.  And she ignored scriptures concerning divorce and remarriage.
 
I Corinthians 7:39   The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord.
 
Romans 7:1-3   Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth?  For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.  So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
 
I believe God shows me this woman (who is no longer living) brought destruction upon herself and the man who married her who committed adultery by marrying this divorced woman.
 
Matthew 5:32   Jesus said:  But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
 
We have an example in Bible of God using "a lying spirit" to destroy king Ahab.
 
I Kings 22
 
20 And the LORD said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner.21 And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him.22 And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith?
And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. 
 
And HE (God) said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.
 
This lying spirit told king Ahab to go up and fight against the enemy and when he did this Ahab was killed in the battle.
 
 
God brings "a strong delusion" upon people who will not love the truth.
 
II Thessalonians 2:10-12   And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.  And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:  That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
 
You cannot reason with a deluded person.  No matter how much evidence you present, that deluded person will cling to his delusion.

God communicates directly with the elect of God, HIS children, and leads them and guides them by HIS Holy Spirit.
 
Jn. 14:26  Jesus says:  But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
 
Jn. 16:13  Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
 
James 1:5  If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

Jesus said: "I can of mine own self do nothing." (Jn. 5:30)

Jesus always heard from God and did the will of God.  
 
Jesus said:  I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.  (Jn. 5:30)
 
That is what we do also as we hear that which the Holy Spirit speaks to us and walk in those directions as we live on this present earth.
 
For the Holy Spirit lives in each of the children of God, in the elect, the chosen of God, and HE shows them the will of God in the situations of this present life.
 
I Cor. 3:16  Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

We are connected to God by HIS Spirit who shows us the will of God in the situations of this life.

9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love HIM.10 But God hath revealed them unto us by HIS Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

We are blessed by God as HE reveals HIS truth to us

Mt. 16:13-18   When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, HE asked HIS disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.15 HE saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but MY Father which is in heaven.18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build MY church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
 
The church is built on that word delivered from God from heaven to us, the elect of God.

A friend of this world is an enemy of God (James 4:4)

Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
 
If we approve the sins of this world and give support to those who sin in such, then we become the enemy of God.
 
At the judgment seat of Christ we will be judged by the views God presents in the New Testament Bible and whether or not we agree with God's views as we live on this present earth.
 
* Romans 1:26-28   For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:  And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
 
* Mark 10:11-12   And HE (Jesus) saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.  And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.
 
* I Cor. 7:10-11  And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband: But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.
 
* Mt. 5:32  Jesus says:  But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
 
- The faithful wife who is divorced by her husband will commit adultery if she remarries but her husband who divorced the faithful wife will be the cause of her adultery.
 
- The man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.
 
* I Cor. 6:18  Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
* I Cor. 6:9-10   Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
* Gal. 5:19-21   Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
If we support those people who are doing these things and show ourselves friends to them in their acts, we become an enemy to God.

God shows me things are worse than I thought them to be

Before God destroyed Sodom, sexual perversions were rampant among the city of Sodom.  "From every quarter", of the city of Sodom, men came out to have sex with the two men who lodged with Abraham's nephew, Lot. (Gen. 19)
 
God described the men of Sodom as follows:  Gen. 13:13   "But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly."  
 
When sins are closeted, done in secret, they are at a pre-boiling stage, like water simmering in a pot.
 
But when sins are open before all to see, and there is no shame causing them to hide their sins, it is like full boiling water which is going to spill over left unattended.
 
In USA we have come to "stage 2" of sins where they are demanding that they have "a right" to do these Biblical sins.
 
So men and women live together, having sexual relations outside of marriage, without hiding their sins.
 
Homosexuals, lesbians, transvestites. and other sexual perverts, are demanding the same rights.
 
I am currently reading a secular book about Hitler, written by correspondent William Shirer.  In his book, he refers to homosexuals as "sexual perverts".   (I doubt that he could call homosexuals "sexual perverts" today.)
 
We see how far we have moved away from Bible since 1945 by this example.  For in the 1940's and 1950's homosexuals/lesbians were considered by society to be "sexual perverts".
 
We remember what the Bible says about homosexuals/lesbians for this is God view.

Certainly we do not "hate" homosexuals/lesbians, nor do we "hate" adulterers or fornicators or drunkards or other sinners,  But neither do we support them.  We just keep presenting that which the Bible says and we live by that.

A shocking question

We have a neighbor who is a tennis coach.  She stopped by our house one day and I showed her my colorful tennis wrist bands that I have been using to help with my two broken wrists.
 
As she looked at them, she asked, "Does this mean you support gay rights."
 
I was very shocked.
 
I replied, "I don't think so."
 
(I couldn't understand why anyone would think my tennis wristbands would imply that.)
 
I looked on Amazon where I had ordered the wristbands to see if in any way these referred to homosexual/lesbian and they did not.
 
Then I recalled an organization formed years ago to support black people and it was called "Rainbow Coalition".
 
The wrist bands have several colors: purple, green, yellow, orange, red.
 
I think our neighbor wanted to know our view concerning homosexuals and lesbians.
 
I prayed:  "What do I do about this?"
 
Immediately I felt I had God's answer.
 
Pam Padgett heard this neighbor's question, so I called Pam into my room and asked her to send an email and a Podcast to this neighbor.
 
Pam sent the following:

As Pam and I spoke about this subject, she was reminded of the following:
 
When you showed neighbor your colorful tennis wristbands and asked if she knew what they were, and she replied, "Does it mean you show support for "gays" and lesbians?", I kept thinking "Why would she say, or even think of that?
 
Nothing other than the bands being colorful ever came to our minds regarding the bands.
 
Then I was reminded of the following scripture:
 
Titus 1:15   Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.
 
Neighbor thought of "homosexual/lesbian" because her mind is defiled.
 
(defiled:  foul, dirty, polluted, corrupted)
 
Titus 1:16   They profess that they know God; but in works they deny HIM, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
 
(Neighbor identifies herself as "Catholic" and she attends Catholic church.)

Are you vexed by the filthy conversation of the wicked?

In the days before God destroyed Sodom, the sins were open and widespread in every part of the city.
 
Abraham's nephew, Lot, was continually troubled by that which they said and that which they did in Sodom.
 
Genesis 19  God sends 2 angels to destroy Sodom.
 
1 And there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground;
(Angels do not have wings.  Angels look like natural men.)2 And he said, Behold now, my lords, turn in, I pray you, into your servant's house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye shall rise up early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we will abide in the street all night.3 And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat.4 But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter:5 And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them.  (have sex with them)6 And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him,7 And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly.
(Lot knew that which the men of Sodom planned in their hearts to do was wicked.)
 
II Peter 2
 
6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;7 And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:8 (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:
 
And why did Lot choose to live in Sodom where there was so much wickedness?
 
Genesis 13
 
10 And Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered every where, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, as thou comest unto Zoar.
 
(The beauty of Sodom attracted Lot to Sodom.  Satan was the most beautiful of all creatures before he was cast out of heaven.  Beauty often attracts the flesh to itself and great evil often dwells in beauty.)11 Then Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they separated themselves the one from the other.12 Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom.13 But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly.
 
As Sodom was destroyed because of the wicked, this present world is going to be destroyed by God.  (II Peter 3:10-14)
 
Jesus said:  And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.   But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.  (Mt. 24:12-13)
 
You may think you can lead them to God but they will lead you away from ways of God.
 
God has HIS way to deliver you but you might be ignoring God's way thinking you can help the ungodly.
 
You must rethink what you are doing if this is the case.
 
For if you are in "Sodom" when it is destroyed, you will be destroyed with Sodom.

God had Noah build an ark so he would not be destroyed with the wickedness of this world.
 
I believe we, too, build an ark based on that which God has told us to do so we will not be swept away in the end times.
 
When you look at my life, I think you can see that ark.
 
My job is to exhort the church and God gave me ways to do that in this period of time.  (Blog, Podcasts, Twitter)
 
exhort:  to urge earnestly by advice and warning
 
So many of the recent messages have been on the fact that the things we can see with out natural eyes are very temporary.  (II Peter 3)
 
God will judge the world ... We are to judge the church.  (I Cor. 5) 
 
For us, live in peace.
 
Stay in your ark where you can live in peace.
 
Genesis 6  
 
5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.6 And it repented the LORD that HE had made man on the earth, and it grieved HIM at HIS heart.7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth ME that I have made them.8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.
 
11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted HIS way upon the earth.13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before ME; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.14 Make thee an ark ... (God told Noah how to do this.)
22 Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he.
 
Genesis 7:16   and the LORD shut him in.

When an angel speaks a message other than God's

The apostle Paul said:
 
Galatians 1:8   But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
There is only one gospel, and that is the Word that is from God, the Holy Scriptures.
 
Angels carry messages from God.
 
What if a message comes to you which is opposite from the Bible?
 
Many years ago, a woman told me that when she met her 2nd husband, she heard this, "He's going to be your husband."
 
She, a divorced woman, did marry this man.
 
I wondered about that for several years.  How could this message have been from God when it went against that which we see in the Bible.
 
If a divorced woman remarries, according to Bible, she commits adultery.

Recently the scripture in Galatian 1, spoken by the apostle Paul, was called to my mind and I recalled this story where my divorced friend had heard Hal was going to be her husband.  
 
And I realized this could have been an evil angel speaking to her a "gospel" which was opposite to the Bible.
 
There are evil angels.  (Psalm 78:49)
 
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth, so the Holy Spirit will always be compatible with scripture when HE speaks a word to us by bringing a concept to our mind.
 
But an angel might bring a message to us also, and that message is usually from God, but if it conflicts with scripture we must not go that way.  It could be an "evil angel" speaking.

Fornication in the church. Paul tells us what to do concerning this and other sins in the church.

People think it wise to pray for that "brother" who is committing fornication and to counsel him.
 
But the apostle Paul tells us the following concerning a man who is said to be a Christian and he is committing the sin of fornication (or sins of covetous, idolater,  railer,  drunkard, or extortioner)
 
I Corinthians 53 For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
 
11  But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.This may be the only hope such an one has after committing such a sin after he is born again and enlightened to the truth of that sin.
 
Peter says:  II Peter 2:20-22   For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.
 
But to the minds of fleshly humans in the churches, it seems so harsh and even unreasonable to put such an one out of the church.  It seems "nicer" to pray for him and counsel him.
 
But the apostle Paul in the Bible says put him away from you and to turn him over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord.  v. 5
 
Few in churches will actually do what the Bible says.
 
I Corinthians 2:14   But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Jimmy Swaggart follows his advertising agency to greatness in ministry

An agent from the Michael Ellison Advertising Agency told me this in 1980, concerning their former client, Jimmy Swaggart.
 
Swaggart came to the agency because he was unhappy with the small number of people who were coming to his meetings.
 
The agency told Swaggart:  "To get bigger crowds, stop preaching so much, and put more singing into your meetings."
 
(Swaggart was a country western type singer.)
 
Swaggart did what the advertising agency said to do and the audiences changed from about 500 to thousands.
 
Present entertainment to the people rather than preaching the Word of God, and your audiences will grow, but both you and your followers will go into damnation for lack of the pure Word of God.
 
This is all antichrist!
 
II Thessalonians 2:10-12 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
 
(They and their followers perish.)
 
Matthew 16:26   Jesus says:  For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

If you want to glorify God, then share God's views of the issues pertaining to this life

Jesus said:  John 16:13    
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear (from God), that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.Jesus says:  14  He shall glorify ME: for he shall receive of Mine, and shall shew it unto you.
 
We glorify ourselves when we speak our own ideas and our own opinions.
 
We glorify God when we share God's Word and those things told us by God's Spirit.
 
I've found the majority of church people do not want to hear that which God has said and that which God has done.
 
They want to praise their pastors and other humans.
 
I Cor. 2
 
1  And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and HIM crucified.3 And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.4 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.12  Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Ministers called by Jesus share God's views with the church thereby glorifying God

Many ministers in today's churches glorify themselves by sharing what they think.  These are ministers of Satan as they seem to be "angels of light," deceiving churches.
 
Paul says: II Cor. 11:13-15   For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.  And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
 
Two or three years ago, I heard the Catholic pope say on TV news that he didn't see anything wrong with homosexuals.
 
I screamed out:  "What about the Bible."
 
Romans 1:26-27  For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:  And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
 
The scriptures glorify God, showing God's view of the situations.
 
The Catholic pope glorifies himself giving his views.
 
A divorced woman wanted to remarry.  She went to a pastor to see if she, being divorced, could remarry.  The pastor said, "My sister divorced and remarried.  I don't see anything wrong with this."   
 
So this woman remarried after divorce.  Later she was born again and began reading the Bible and saw by the various scriptures that the divorced woman who remarries commits adultery.
 
The pope and the pastor lead people into damnation, failing to present the Word of God on the issue.  And they glorify their own selves by their own opinions.
 
Ministers of God glorify God by presenting the views spoken by God.
 
Gal. 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
 
10-12  For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.  For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
 
Damnation to every minister who speaks his own opinions and fails to share the words of God on the matter at hand.
 
The Words of God are salvation to us who believe, and those Words glorify God when we speak them.

Through the pursuit of greatness, he destroyed himself

In the years 1977 through 1982, I attended a church called, "Word of Faith."  Robert Tilton was the pastor.
 
Bob set about to be great.  He even said, from the pulpit, that he planned to be greater than Kenneth Copeland.
 
By his pursuit of greatness, Bob destroyed himself and was left with nothing.
 
I warned him as a prophet.  But he was overwhelmed with power, money, and fame and would not heed the warning.
 
Mark 8:36-37  For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?  Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
 
This is that story.

The devil tries to get us but God draws us back!

Some days I find I'm not interested in reading anything spiritual.  
 
But I decide to read some of our blog or the writing on the Podcast.  And I start to be interested and by the time I finish reading those scriptures that are presented, I am restored again.
 
I Corinthians 1:21 ... it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
 
Recently the thought came to me that I'm not really called by Jesus to be HIS minister, that I got it all wrong, and then I was reminded of the times after I was born again when I was taken into heaven.  It was in the night while I was sleeping.  I was "transported" into heaven.  I was with God, and Christ, and the Holy Spirit.  (I saw no images it was spiritual.)  At that time I was merged into the body of Jesus, made one with the Word of God, God and Holy Spirit witnessing. A few nights later, the exact same thing happened again.
 
As I thought on those experiences, I was restored and knew it had been a devil trying to cause me to doubt, for I believe I was ordained into the ministry offices when I was merged into the body of Jesus in heaven those two times.
 
The devil will try to convince us the way we are going is not the right way.  But then God will restore us by the Holy Spirit who reminds us of the way of God.
 
Often we are restored by an exhortation.
 
Hebrews 3:13-14 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.  For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
 
Hebrews 10:25-26  Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.  For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
 
I present to you daily exhortations because these two verses tell me to do this.  And notice Heb. 10:25 tells us to exhort one another even more as we see the day of the Lord approaching.
 
For God uses these exhortations to keep us in HIS way in the midst of the wickedness that surrounds us in this present world.

God gave me dreams showing me to feed the church through Podcasts & Tweets

In Hebrews 10:25, God tells us, "Exhort one another and even more as we see the day of the Lord approaching."
 
Exhort means: to urge earnestly by advice and warnings.
 
God has given me multiple dreams showing me young Christians starving to death.  I've also been shown in dreams vicious older people in churches "eating" baby Christians, devouring them with false doctrines.
 
Many times God will awaken me with a subject concerning what to write to you and what to speak to you.
 
Also in dreams, God has shown me Church members who never have grown fully in the Word of God and they are as deformed babies because of doctrines that are wrong which they have learned at their churches.
 
In these Podcasts and Tweets you will learn what to expect in the end times if you are still on this earth when these things begin to happen.  You will not be surprised as the world is.  You will know what is happening and what to expect.
 
You will be given an opportunity to see those things God has shown me about antichrist through the verses of scripture in the New Testament.  
 
There are many antichrists:  I Jn. 2:18
Antichrist comes through the churches: I Jn. 2:19 & II Thess. 2:3-4
 
Saints are all the elect of God, all the church, all those who are born again.
 
Rom. 8:14  As many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the children of God.
 
The work of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer, how to recognize ideas that God gives you.
 
What it means when God shakes the heaven and the earth and the sun and moon go dark.  What to expect next.
 
What the Bible says about subjects of divorce/remarriage and homosexuals/ lesbians.
 
Everything I speak and write to you is based on scripture and compares scripture with scripture to give you a firm anchor for your soul.
 
The end time comes and we all need these scriptural teachings as we go forward.  Coronavirus should awaken us considerably.

That which God has revealed to me about antichrist

Unless the truth is revealed to us by God, we know nothing.
 
For centuries people in church groups have "speculated" about antichrist.  But only when God shows us something do we have truth that does not fail.
 
God began speaking to me about antichrist in 1982.  God used specific scriptures to teach me by HIS Holy Spirit.
 
II Thessalonians 2:3-4  Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
 
God said to me:   "The falling away are not people leaving the church groups.  The falling away are the churches leaving specific scriptures ... and when that happens, antichrist moves into that church group."
 
* Antichrist is a spirit that operates inside the church group through ministers and congregations ...  so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
 
In the NASB, we see the following:
 
6-8    6 And you know what restrains him now, so that he will be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is removed. 8 Then that lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will eliminate with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming;
 
(God had called the word "restraint" to my mind in approximately 2017.  I found this scripture in II Thess. 2:6  NASB.)
 
I said to God:  "What restrains him?"  
 
The Holy Spirit said to me:  "The scriptures restrain antichrist and when portion of scriptures are removed, the door opens for antichrist to come into the church group."
 
I saw immediately:  Jesus is "The Word".  When Jesus, The Word, the holy scriptures are removed in part from the church group, the restraint holding antichrist back is removed and antichrist moves into that church group.
 
Antichrist tried to move into the churches during the day of the apostle John, but when that church held fast to doctrines of Christ, antichrist left that church group.
 
I John 2:18-19   Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
 
(Not just one antichrist but many antichrists.)19   They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
 
The terrible fate for those persons in churches who cast aside portions of scripture:

Concerning divorce & remarriage

When a woman called me wanting to talk about her mother's second marriage, God said to me:  "Just focus on what the scriptures say."   
 
God showed me it is not needful to talk about the circumstances of the divorce and remarriage. 
 
When a man in our church group filed for divorce in the USA courts, I called him and asked him if his wife was committing fornication, and he said she was not committing fornication.  
 
The only scriptural reason for a man to divorce his wife is because she is committing fornication. (Mt. 5:32)
 
After reviewing this scripture, he withdrew the divorce papers from the court system.
 
Mt. 5:32 Jesus says:   But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
 
- If a faithful wife remarries after divorce she commits adultery.
 
- If a man divorces a faithful wife and she remarries, he will be the cause of her adultery if she remarries.
 
- The man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.
 
It is important to compare scripture with scripture. 
 
I Corinthians 7:10-11   And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband: But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.
 
39  The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord.

The faith movement churches: "Word of Faith"

I was in the faith movement churches from 1977 to 1982.  I loved it.  Faith is one of my favorite subjects.  But in 1979, God gave me a terrifying dream and by that God brought me out of that church group.  This is the story of that which God showed me about the Faith Movement.
 
I love scripture.  I love the Word of God by the Holy Spirit.  Nothing is more exciting to me and nothing is as valuable to me on this present earth as is following God by HIS Spirit.
 
In 1975, I was born again.  Immediately God began teaching me to meditate on scripture and to do those instructions of specific scriptures!
 
Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
 
And God had taught me from the time I was born again to ask HIM for wisdom.
 
James 1:5   If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
 
I was applying the above scripture to everything in my life ... and it worked greatly.
 
*  When I read the Bible, I prayed for wisdom before reading and God was faithful to teaching me scriptures as I read.  (I even wrote: "Pray for wisdom", on each book of the Bible so I wouldn't forget to do this.)
 
*  I owned a small business in Dallas, and I was careful to pray for wisdom before I bought merchandise and in running the business and making decisions.  (In the 4 years that I had the business after becoming a Christian and after learning to pray for wisdom, every item I bought for the business sold, and I never had a sale price to rid myself of unwanted items for everything sold.)
 
And God taught me the following scripture:
 
John 5:30  Jesus said:  I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
 
I was quite sure that if Jesus, the Son of God, could do nothing without hearing from God, The Father, that I would not be able to do anything without hearing from God!  So I prayed for wisdom and prayed for God to stop me if I was going the wrong way.
 
I really thought that is what all Christians were doing.  I was wrong.
 
At one point, our Bible teacher at Word of Faith said to me, "You were never like the people at Word of Faith.  They talked about faith but you lived faith."
 
On this Podcast, I will share some of those things God taught me about the Faith Movement churches.

If you had known Donna was divorced, would you have chosen to date her?

My best friend, after I was born again, was a woman who had been raised Baptist.  She married a man whose wife had died.  He was looking for a woman to date at their church group, with the intention of possible marriage.  He picked out two women to date.  And he chose Donna.  
 
At first Donna didn't tell Hal that she was divorced.  
 
Hal fell in love with Donna and married her.  
 
After I met them, I asked Hal, "If you had known Donna was divorced, would you have dated her?"  Hal thought about this and then replied, "No ... I don't believe I would have."  
 
(At some point before they married, Donna told Hal she was divorced.  Hal married Donna anyway.)
 
In the days that Hal was a young man, the churches were still teaching that the man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery, as Jesus says in the Bible.
 
Mt. 5:32  But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
 
I've been a born again Christian since 1975 and I've never heard Matthew 5:32 taught at any church that I have attended.
 
Both the Catholic and Protestant churches taught against divorce and remarriage, in most cases, in the 1940's, but this doctrine was changed in many of these churches in the future generations.
 
Edward, king of England, renounced the throne of England in order to marry a divorced woman in 1936.  The people in the church of England were being taught against marrying a divorced woman.  They would not permit a divorced woman to be queen of England at that time.  Now they have eliminated that scripture in their doctrine in England.
 
Once a man who identified himself as a pastor came to me to talk about his divorce and his desire to remarry.  
 
I asked him if his wife, whom he divorced, was unfaithful.  He said no.  I told pastor the only scriptural reason for a man to divorce his wife was if she was unfaithful.  If the faithful wife remarries after her husband divorces her, she will commit adultery and the husband who divorced the faithful wife will be the "cause" of her adultery, and the man who marries the divorced woman commits adultery.  (according to Mt. 5:32)
 
A few weeks later, this pastor called me and asked me if there had been any change in doctrine concerning divorce and remarriage.
 
I said to this pastor, "So far as I know, the Bible has not been rewritten."
 
In the Bible, God's rules differ for men and for women.

The only thing that matters about this is what God says.

If you return to your old sins after you have been enlightened by God, it is a very serious matter

Jesus died for our sins.  
 
But after we are enlightened by the Spirit of God to a sin, if we turn away from the truth from God and return to that sin, there is no more sacrifice for that sin.
 
Hebrews 10:26  For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
 
So if you were a drunkard and then born again and have been freed from being a drunkard and you are enlightened by God to drunkenness being a sin, if you fall away from the truth concerning this sin and return to being a drunkard, there is no more sacrifice for sins.  
 
Jesus was crucified once for our sins.  To return to those sins after we have been enlightened by God to that sin would be to crucify Jesus afresh.
 
Hebrews 6:4-8   For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put HIM to an open shame.7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
 
The apostle Peter says it would have been  better if a person had never been enlightened to the truth of God rather than to turn away from that truth and return to old sins.
 
II Peter 2:20-21  For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
 
Jesus says:
 
Revelation 3:5  He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
After we are born again, to return to our old sins has dire consequences.

God destroys the heaven and the earth with fire

After the 14 plagues of the great tribulation, and after the powers of heaven are shaken and the sun and moon go dark and the stars fall from heaven, and Jesus comes in the clouds and gathers HIS elect ... then God will destroy this present heaven and earth.
II Peter 3:10-14 10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blameless. 
 
God showed the prophets of the Old Testament Bible this same event:Isaiah 34:4 And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.
 
Revelation 6:12-17  And I beheld when HE had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
 
15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of HIM that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:  For the great day of HIS wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
