In this time of the last days, we should go forward with much more confidence, knowing the Holy Spirit dwells in us

The Holy Spirit of God, who dwells in each believer, teaches us all things, reminds us of all Jesus has said to us, guides us into all truth, shows us that which is to come.  (John 14:26 & John 16:13) These are incredibly powerful weapons which this world does not have. We, who have the Holy Spirit of God in us, should not go down with this world nor with those religious people who have not God. Do you understand that the Holy Spirit of Jesus lives in each believer? By this Spirit, we know the will of God for us in the specific issues of this present life.  (I Cor. 2) James 1:5   If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth and HE shows us truth in each question of this present life.

Bible shows: The Holy Spirit of Jesus lives in each believer in the NT Church

In the Old Testament God gave the Holy Spirit to the prophets.  But the people had to come to a prophet to hear the will of God. In the New Testament all who belong to God are given the Holy Spirit of God to teach them all things, to remind them of that which Jesus has said, to guide them into all truth, and to show them things to come.  (John 14:26 & John 16:13)Hebrews 1:1-2 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,  Hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, whom HE hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also HE made the worlds;
 
So now, in the New Testament church, we no longer have to go to a prophet to inquire of God.  We have the Holy Spirit living in us.  Jesus tells us this in the following scripture:
 
John 737  In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto ME (The Word), and drink.38 He that believeth on me (The Word), as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
 
After Jesus died and was taken into heaven, the Holy Spirit of Jesus was given to each believer to live inside that believer to guide that believer into all truth!Bible shows Holy Spirit lives in the believer:I Corinthians 3:16   Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
 
I Corinthians 6:19-20   What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?   For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. 
II Corinthians 13:5   Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? Romans 8 7  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Jesus lives in each believer

After God reveals Jesus to us by HIS Word, God seals each believer with the Holy Spirit of Jesus, and Jesus the Word, by HIS Spirit, lives in that believer. From that point forward the believer has the Holy Spirit of God in him to teach him and to guide him and to show him things to come as God wills.Scriptures showing us that Jesus Christ is in us when we are believers:
I Corinthians 3:16  Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

I John 42 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh (of the believer) is of God:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh (of the believer) is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. Many people in churches are antichrist, denying that God lives in them by the Holy Spirit of Jesus.

They say they are Christians but they do not believe that Jesus (The Word) comes to us today into our flesh to lead and guide us

All people know there was a man who walked on this earth and his name was Jesus.
 
But few know that Jesus lives inside the believer today by HIS Spirit ... and the Spirit of Jesus brings scripture and concepts to the mind of the believer to teach him, to guide him, to show him things to come.
 
Few people, even those people in churches, believe that Jesus has come into the body of the believer to live in that believer by His Spirit. I Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

In the beginning was THE WORD. In the end is THE WORD.

People today speak of "The Lord" and "Jesus"  but both are "THE WORD."  When we say, "The Lord is my shepherd," we are really saying "THE WORD is my shepherd."  For everything is THE WORD. THE WORD was with God in the beginning.  At the appointed time, THE WORD came to earth in the form of the flesh of a man named Jesus, and dwelt for an appointed time.  Then THE WORD returned to heaven and became our intercessor and the Holy Spirit of Jesus, THE WORD, came to dwell in each believer.Now THE WORD speaks to us by HIS Spirit.  THE WORD teaches us, speaking to us in the form of a thought.  THE WORD guides us into all truth.  THE WORD lives in us and is with us constantly.All things were made by The Word and without The Word nothing was made.  If it exists at all it is by The Word.All scriptures were inspired by God.  II Timothy 3:16  God brought THE WORD down to men and they put THE WORD into the Bible, thus the scripture themselves are THE WORD. The scriptures are not an history book telling about things of God.  The scriptures are God, The Word. It is a mystery to most who say they are Christians today.But The Word is God.

Some people think they need to forgive when what they really need to do is depart from that troublesome church person

If we put ourselves with church people who will not follow scripture, they will greatly vex us with their words and deeds.  You are constantly forgiving these persons.   But according to scripture, what you should do is leave them alone and do not hear what they say when they will not follow the doctrines of Christ and they go another way. II John8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
 
9  Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.10  If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds. In 1975, shortly after I was born again, I went to a business where I could make copies of papers.
 
A little old man came up to me and said, "Little lady.  You didn't park behind that green and gold car did you?"
 
"No sir," I replied.
 
Then he said to me, "That's a Baylor car."  (Baylor is a Baptist University in Texas.)
 
Then he asked, "You don't happen to be a Christian do you?"
 
With much excitement I answered, "Well yes, I am!"
 
Then he said, "Oh heck!  I just joined the witnessing class at First Baptist Church, and you are the first person I have chosen to witness to."

Pursuit of money, fame, reputation ... Overcoming our own flesh

We cannot pursue fame, money and reputation among men and serve God.  The only way we can be a servant of God is to do that which God tells us to do which is opposite to the way of this world.
But our flesh wants fame, money and reputation.
So there is a battle.

Hearing a WORD from God and following that WORD are strong assurances for us as we live on this earth

The Holy Spirit of God gives us an idea or a scripture to follow.  When we learn to recognize God speaking to us, we have such a strong advantage in going forward and it can set everything up for us in a way that puts us above this world in the various crises of this world.

I consider we are coming into a season on this present earth where life is very different from that which came in previous years.

II Corinthians 6: Trying to drive your car with one flat tire

If we are a Christian and we are around those who say they are Christians but they do not rejoice in the revelations we share that are from God, we are yoking ourselves to a person who is really not of the Spirit of God. Our relationship with that other person is "one sided", with us doing all the talking while that person sits silently, trying not to show his real feelings on the matter. This reminds me of a golf joke:  Two men were playing golf.  On the second tee, one man dropped dead.  When the other man returned to the club house, they asked how his game went that day.  He replied, "Well, it was a little difficult.  Joe dropped dead on the second tee and I had to hit my ball and drag Joe around the rest of the course." When we yoke ourselves to a person who is like a flat tire, dead, it is a difficult yoke to keep trying to pull them around the course. Many who say they are Christians today are like dead people:

James 4: Friend of the world is the enemy of God

Numbers 33: If you allow those who trouble you to remain with you, they will vex you continually

Some people in churches will vex you continually and drain you and even pull you down, if you allow them to do so. 
They are as described by the apostle Paul in II Timothy 3:7 ... Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Jesus warns:
Matthew 24   Concerning those in the last days:  4 Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
These are people who put themselves into the church without having the Spirit of God.
Jude
17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; 18 How that they told you there should be mockers (those who copy others) in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

Talking about Coronavirus, and the great tribulation, and things that are to come upon this present earth

While Coronavirus is not a part of the 14 plagues of the great tribulation, this current virus certainly helps us to understand how something can feel it will never end.  
Remember how we felt in 2020 when 5 months had past and Coronavirus was still continuing upon the whole world?
Endurance during such times is the difficulty.
No one knows when this Coronavirus will end and activities will get back to the way they once were on this present earth, or even IF activities will return to normal again.
But we can learn some important things from this experience with Coronavirus.

Isaiah 54: When God authors that work we do, our righteousness is of God

II Thessalonians 2: Antichrist comes into the church before the return of Jesus

In 1982, God called my attention to the writing of the apostle Paul concerning antichrist, and where Paul spoke of the "falling away" that must come before Jesus returns, God said to me:  "The falling away are not people leaving the churches but the falling away are churches departing from portions of scripture."
The in 2016, God expanded this concept by telling me, "The restraint against antichrist was the scriptures.  When churches removed scriptures and set up another doctrine, this opened the way for antichrist to move into the churches."

Is God our help? If so, let us call on God!

Hebrews 13:5 ...Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for HE (God) hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
God will not fail us ... call on God when you are concerned or fearful.
We have a power the world does not have.  We have the great power of God.  And with God, nothing is impossible.
We have access at all times to the wisdom that is from God.
This is a promise of God to HIS children:
James 1:5   If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
By HIS Spirit, God brings thoughts to our mind to show us what to do in the issues of this present life.
As we do those things shown us by God, the problems begin to unravel and vanish.
God knows exactly what will work for us.  And God knows the future and how to set us up for those things ahead.
All we have to do is turn to God, asking HIM for help ... and then follow those ideas which God sends to our mind by HIS Spirit.
The knowledge of how God works does help us also.

Hasn't Coronavirus awakened you to your way of life?

How can you not be different in your plans for going forward in view of what you have seen in the Coronavirus?  Are you still going to live in debt?  Are you still taking out as big a mortgage as you can get?  If so, you don't get it yet.
If we live in the way of this world, we will go down with this world.
Freedom is to "use this world but not abuse this world."  The way of debt is an abuse along with this world.
If we are to live in peace, we are going to have to live another way.

Joshua 1: Meditating in Word of God gives us the power to do the Word of God and to overcome our own flesh!

8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
By meditating in the Word of God, we gain the power needed to do the specific scriptures.
We must keep those scriptures before us day and night, checking ourselves to see if we are really doing those scriptures.  Every night, I look at those portions of scripture whereby God is reconstructing my life at this current time.
I examine myself by those scriptures to see if I did those scriptures that day.
