Righteousness, Prosperity, and Good Success

Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ...
When we follow after specific scriptures, doing those scriptures as we live on this earth, instead of pursuing things, we have the promise from Jesus that all "these things" will be added unto us. (Matthew 6:33)
God promises us we will have prosperity and good success if we make it our goal in this life to do individual scriptures which are called to our attention by the Spirit of God, and if we continue to do these scriptures.
It is a sure way of life for us, now and for all eternity.
This is the subject of this Podcast.
*****
Psalm 1:1-3 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
(The rules of God for us are in the New Testament Bible ... though there are many promises in the Old Testament which are valid for us today.)
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
***
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
***
Joshua 1:5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

What the Bible says:
* Concerning divorce & remarriage:
Matthew 5:32 Jesus says: But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
- If you divorce a faithful wife, she will commit adultery if she remarries. But you will be the cause of her adultery because she was a faithful wife and you divorced her.
- And the man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.
I Corinthians 7:10-11 Paul says: And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband: But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.
Mark 10:11-12 Jesus says: And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.
Romans 7:2-3 The woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.
So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
If you have unknowingly committed adultery, if you come to agree with the scriptures and instruct other people against adultery, and if you remain faithful to other scriptures, you should be saved. I have never told anyone to leave that current second mate. But I tell such a person, to uphold the scriptures when the subject arises, agreeing that you committed adultery upon remarriage after divorce, and urging others not to divorce and not to remarry after divorce.
***
I Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
***
* Concerning homosexuals & lesbians:
Romans 1:26-27 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
A homosexual or lesbian can be saved if that person comes to agree with the scriptures and no longer commits sins of homosexuality or lesbianism.
Born homosexual or lesbians?
Mark 10:6 from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.
To the woman taken in adultery in John 8, Jesus said: "Go ... and sin no more."
***
Joshua 1:7-8 Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest.
(We do not do the animal sacrifices today of the Law of Moses, for Jesus is the sacrifice for us today. But the rules of the New Testament do apply to us today in the New Testament church, and many of the promises of God made to the people living in the Old Testament do pertain to the church today.)
8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
Matthew 6:33 Jesus says: Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and HIS righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
(Don't pursue things of this world. Pursue scriptures!)
Hebrews 13:5-6 HE (God) hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
***
The pursuit of money brings trouble upon yourself:
I Timothy 6:6-12 But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life:
***
Example: Allowing the scripture to rule over you
Ephesians 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
***
Matthew 7:24-27 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of Mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
26 And every one that heareth these sayings of Mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
***
Matthew 7:13-14 Jesus says: Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

God speaks to us
Thursday Feb 13, 2020
Thursday Feb 13, 2020
Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ...
Scriptures, dreams, even a word brought by HIS angel ... are ways God speaks to each child of God.
In this broadcast, examples from Bible, and real life, will be presented showing us how God communicates with us, HIS children, so we can focus on those words we have heard from HIM.
*****
How does God speak to us? - Scripture- A dream- A word * God spoke to Noah telling him to build an ark.
Genesis 6:12-13 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. Make thee an ark ...
And God told Noah exactly what size to build the ark, where to put a window in the ark, and what to bring into the ark!
(Sometimes the instructions are very specific and we must be careful to do exactly what we are told to do, omitting nothing and adding nothing other than that which God tells us.)
***
* God spoke to Abraham telling him what to do.
Genesis 12:1-4 Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
4 So Abram departed, as the Lord had spoken unto him;
All Abraham did was to depart, for that is all God told him to do.
(Abraham departed not knowing where he was going. He heard "depart" so he did that because he was sure it was God telling him to do this thing.)
***
* God spoke to the shepherds in the field as they tended to their flock, to tell them of an event that has just happened in Bethlehem. Jesus has been born.
Luke 2:15 And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.
Those angel's went to see that thing which had come to pass after God sent word to them concerning the event!
Consider what God has called to your attention. Focus on that word or event. Follow that word if there are instructions given in that word.
What scriptures stand out to you? Or have you been given a dream? If so, look at that dream. Pray for interpretation: "What does this mean, Lord?"
Focus and do the most recent word given to you by God and take it as far as you can ... likely then God will give you another scripture or dream or word to focus on ... follow each "road" given you by God as far as that road will take you!
***
God gets Moses attention, and Moses stops to see that which God is showing him:
Exodus 3:1-4 Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb.
And the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.
3 And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.
4 And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush

Jesus warns us about "surfeiting". (over indulgence)
Luke 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
When a scripture stands out to you, stop and look into that word. Look up meanings of the words. Consider how that word might apply to your life. Make appropriate adjustments in your life to fit that Word, conforming yourself to that word.
***
God often speaks to HIS people through dreams. We see this in the New Testament Bible.
Matthew 2:12 And being warned of God in a dream that they (the wise men) should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.
***
Matthew 2:13-14 The angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.
14 When he (Joseph) arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt:
(Joseph was careful to do what he heard to do from that dream.)
***
Matthew 2:19-21 But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt, Saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the young child's life.
21 And he (Joseph) arose, and took the young child and his mother, and came into the land of Israel.
Again Joseph did that which God instructed through that dream.
***
God spoke to the apostle Paul through an angel.
(That can happen in the NT church for it happened to Paul.)
Acts 25:22-25 Paul says: And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man's life among you, but of the ship.
23 For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve, Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar: and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee.
25 Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it shall be even as it was told me.
***
God can get you free from a job if you hate that job!
One time God said to me: "One step at a time ... one step at a time ... it is enough."
Follow that one scripture at a time, doing that scripture.
Matthew 6:33 Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and HIS righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
As we pay attention to that scripture or that word or that dream which is given us by the Holy Spirit of God ... and do all the instructions of that word and continue in that word ... we seek the kingdom of God and HIS righteousness ... "What is right in the sight of God?"
Choosing that way, going that way, continuing in that way.
***
Ask yourself: "What scripture has burned through me recently? What dream has God given me?"
Think on "that word" and take it as far as it will go.
***
Jesus says:
Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Dealing with destructive thoughts
Wednesday Feb 12, 2020
Wednesday Feb 12, 2020
Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ...
Thoughts come from our own desires ... thoughts come from devils who want to destroy us ... and thoughts come from God who wants to help us and show us HIS way.
We want to learn to choose those thoughts that are from God for this is life to us for now and for all eternity!
*****
Jesus says:
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. *** We must recognize those things that will destroy us. We must also recognize who those people are who drain us and hurt us and cause us to be weakened. John 16:2 Jesus said: the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.***Devil will try to get you to do exactly opposite from that which God wants you to do. Thoughts come from our own desires, or from devils ... or from God. ***The wisdom that is from God: Jesus says: Matthew 11:30 For MY yoke is easy, and MY burden is light.Let your thoughts be established by God:Proverbs 16:3 Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established. *** Learn to pray: "THY will be done." *** Guarantee from God:
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
***
Warning from Jesus concerning the last days:
Luke 21:34-36 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting (over indulgence), and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
***
This life will end with in the "twinkling" of an eye ...
I Corinthians 15:51-52 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Failure to pray
Wednesday Feb 12, 2020
Wednesday Feb 12, 2020
Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ...
A major problem in our lives today as Christians is a failure to pray.
Things happen during the day, and before we know it, we are swept away.
Sometimes we think back, "Did I even pray about this?" ... and we can't remember!
Did I even pray about this? often we can't remember.
I Peter 5:6-9 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that HE may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon HIM(upon God); for HE careth for you.Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith.Focus on the Word God has brought to your attention on the troubling subject.
***
When you yoke yourself to something that you dread:
Jesus says:
Matthew 11:28-30 Come unto ME, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.Take MY yoke upon you, and learn of ME; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For MY yoke is easy, and MY burden is light.
If you dread an appointment, you've made a plan that is not likely of God. Take it to God in prayer and ask God if you should change the appointment in some way. Give God time to establish your thoughts.
***
Proverbs 3:5-7 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge HIM, and HE shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.
You might want to talk to other humans but remember this: Humans do not know the future. The limitations of humans might cause them to give you wrong counsel.
God knows everything: future, current, past
Ask God: and then allow HIM to estabilish your thoughts.
***
God created the heavens and the earth. God does have a way to communicate with us so we can understand what HE is telling us about the situation.
***
How to know if an idea is from God:
James 3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

Death: What happens to us when we die? What Bible says
Tuesday Feb 11, 2020
Tuesday Feb 11, 2020
Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ...
* Jesus describes Lazarus as being "asleep". John 11:11
* When Jesus returns, the "trump" sounds, Jesus shouts, the dead in Christ rise first.
I Thessalonians 4:13-18
* We are taken to the new heaven and new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Rev. 21:1-5
I Thessalonians 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
(Prove all thing by the Bible: What does the Bible say about this?
***
John 11:1-14 Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha. (It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.)
Therefore his sisters sent unto HIM (to Jesus), saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.
When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.
Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus.
When HE (Jesus) had heard therefore that he (Lazarus) was sick, HE abode two days still in the same place where HE was.
Then after that saith HE (Jesus) to HIS disciples, Let us go into Judaea again.
HIS disciples say unto HIM, Master, the Jews of late sought to stone thee; and goest thou thither again?
Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world. But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.
These things said HE (Jesus): and after that HE saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep.
Then said HIS disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well.
Howbeit Jesus spake of his (Lazarus') death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep.
Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead.
(Death is "falling asleep".)
***
The dead in Christ are awakened by Jesus when HE returns with a shout!
Thessalonians 4:13-17 The apostle Paul says: But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep (dead), that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with HIM.
For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (precede) them which are asleep (dead).
16 For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
***
I Thessalonians 5:1-4 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
(As the wickedness of this world increases, we draw nearer to the return of Jesus.)
***
Before Jesus returns, the apostasy comes into the churches:
There are "many" antichrists ... even in the apostle John's day.
John says:
I John 2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
***
Some of the elect of God will be on the earth during the great tribulation: Matthew 24:21-22 Jesus says: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
(Those persons who follow scripture as they live on this earth will be removed by Jesus before the great tribulation.)
***
What does the Bible tell me about the subject of homosexuals? (and lesbians)
Romans 1:26-27 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
Destruction of Sodom: Sodomites (Homosexuals)
Genesis 19:1 And there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground;
(Angels look like men. Angels do not have wings. Hebrews 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.)
2-5 And he (Lot, the nephew of Abraham) said, Behold now, my lords, turn in, I pray you, into your servant's house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye shall rise up early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we will abide in the street all night.
And he (Lot) pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat.
4 But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter: (Homosexuals came from "every quarter" of the city of Sodom, to have sex with the 2 angels who looked like ordinary men.)
And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them. (Have sex with them.)
And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him, And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly. Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.
And they (the men of Sodom) said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door.
But the men (the angels) put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door.
And they (the angels) smote the men (of Sodom) that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.
15-17 And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.
And while he (Lot) lingered, the men (the angels) laid hold upon his (Lot's) hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the Lord being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.
And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed. 24-26 Then the Lord rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven; And HE overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.
But his wife (Lot's wife) looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
***
Sodomites: (homosexuals)
I Kings 14:24 And there were also sodomites in the land: and they did according to all the abominations of the nations which the Lord cast out before the children of Israel.
(A homosexual/lesbian can be saved if he/she sees the sin in the sight of God and repents and turns from that sin doing no more those sinful things.)
Jesus says to the woman who was taken in adultery: "Go ... and sin no more."
(That woman could not continue in adultery after she was forgiven by Jesus.)
***
Hebrews 10:22-31 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for HE is faithful that promised;)
And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. 26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
For we know HIM (God) that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto ME, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge HIS people.
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
(God will judge us by the doctrines that are in the Bible. If you stay in a church where portions of scripture have been changed or removed, you are going to be judged by God in a negative way. For we will be judged "by the Word" which is the Bible.)
***
II Peter 3:10-14 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Nevertheless we, according to HIS promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.
Keeping ourselves daily as follows:
- In peace: We keep ourselves in peace continually by praying to God over those things that concern us on this earth.
- Without spot: We remain without spot as we follow scripture, conforming ourselves to the scriptures.
- Blameless: As we forgive those who offend us and ask them to forgive us.
***
Revelation 21:11-5 The apostle John said: And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and HE will dwell with them, and they shall be HIS people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
And HE that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.
***
I Corinthians 15:49-52 The apostle Paul says: As we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep (die), but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ...
* In Paul's day, many people thought Paul could not be an apostle. (I Corinthians 9:2)
* Peter sets the qualifications for the apostle who would replace Judas. The 12th apostle was Matthias, not Paul. (Acts 1:26)
* Paul was not the last apostle. Paul was among the first of those apostles given to the church by Jesus after HE arose.
Eph. 4:8;11-12 After Jesus arose ... He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; ... for the work of the ministry.

* Do you really think there is safety in the church group? in the singles classes at churches?
* It is critical to teach your children what we are told in I Corinthians 6:16 ... at the time of sexual intercourse the two people become one flesh, even if one of them is a prostitute.
* We have to awaken to these dangers, and especially to teach our children that they cannot assume safety just because the other person is in the church group.
